“The body shop i had previously used installed a cheap after-market bumper on my truck that crumbled after a very small bump. Why? turns out they were acquired by a larger company and had contracted with the insurance companies. This shop has not; they are one of very few truly independent shops in the area. They work with insurance companies, but not for them. It is refreshing to know that they will look out for me their client and not perform sub standard work to please the insurance companies.”

“My friends car wouldn't start in the very narrow parking lot at the old town dock in Ruston way. We called Hull Towing. Nathan answered on the second ring. We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. He maneuvered the vehicle in what looked like an impossible situation onto the back of the truck with ease. Got us to our destination safe and sound, and his prices are fair. “The work was good and clean. The repair took a long time, but only because of the time to get parts ordered and in. Not there fault so hopefully people can understand if it takes a while. The only thing I found wrong was old inner fender liner was left in the back of the vehicle, but I guess I can toss that myself no biggie.Services: Painting”

“After having a bit of a pain dealing with Pick and Pull and another national cash for car chain, my friend recommended Happy Hooker towing. I had them pick up my dead Volvo from Rolf's Import Auto in Lakewood (who are AMAZING, btw). After talking with a man at Happy Hooker Towing that morning, Travis the driver met me that afternoon with $100 cash for my car and title. This morning my boyfriend called them, and had them pick up our other dead car, a Nissan. Another $200 cash! Two headaches easily handled. Neither time we had any issues!”

“My car broke down during rush hour. I called a few towing companies to compare rates. Ready Set Tow was the most reasonable out of all the the towing companies. So I went with them. 2 weeks later my same car broke down again and I automatically called Ready Set Tow again. Their receptionist who took my call went out of her way to make sure I was, and my car was safe. She even send a truck out to tow my car to the side of the busy road till the flatbed came. Also their tow truck driver are very professional and courteous.”

“I took my 2011 Nissan a juke to have a cargo hitch installed. I was quite nervous at the hassle of getting it put on by a stranger. We'll my experience was one of the best I have ever had at Uhaul. I was greeted by a gentleman named Dylan, he is the most knowledgeable and nicest guy I've done business with. He made me feel comfortable and worry free. A big thanks to him and Donisha for helping me out. Now it's time to go camping with my new cargo rack.”

“My daughter's van was stolen in King County. It was found in Pierce County and towed by/ to Bill's. From the first contact with employees to getting onto the lot, they were amazing! 2 separate employees gave exact information necessary for accessing the vehicle. Front office personnel was professional and directed us where to go. The lot worker actually crawled into the van to help empty salvageable items. Another worker came to help family move items to another vehicle. Bill's really gave us a good experience in light of the terrible things thieves caused a family.”

“I broke down in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic cars buzzing by at 60 miles an hour on both sides sides. I called The plan I was enrolled with and they told me it would be Forever because that's how I felt when they said 90 minutes to 2 hours. I'm obviously going to quit this plan. A while back my wife broke down and it took an hour and a 1/2 for them to tow her.I'm quitting Good Sam. So I asked my phone for the nearest tow truck companies. Then I looked at the map and I saw that B-line Towing was close . It was Sunday and I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner because hes a one man show . I told him of my precarious situation and he dropped everything and came and bailed me out. He was there so fast it was wonderful he did everything he said he was going to do. I had never asked him for a Cost because at this point I did not care .When my car got to the shop I asked him how much ? and he said $85. He was honest !!!! polite and his truck Is was well equipped for towing . My thanks to Fred.!! I highly recommend him. “Our 2007 Honda element got a rear driver side flat. We were on i5 and close to traffic. Triple a sent Herman to tow is to a tire shop. Instead he changed our tire on the side of road next to busy traffic, to save us money instead of towing. Then he volunteered to check the air pressure on our tires and waited for us to drive off. Could not have been more lucky during this experience. Herman was kind, informative, helpful. He saved our trip.”
