“Do not hesistate to call this company! And... Yes, their prices are competitive. What really sets them apart though, is the fact that they take the utmost care with your property. I recently had Jesse move my motorcycle for me. The attention to detail which he displayed was above and beyond. He made sure that the ratchet straps weren't tugging on my fairings, he made sure that hoses, lines, and wiring weren't kinked in the straps even though it was pitch black out. He loaded the bike with care as if it were his own. I know for a fact that this is his approach to every tow. “Darnell's was recommended to me by Brandon at Straight Line Detailing in Parkland (shout out to Brandon, his work is excellent also). I have a 12 year old Mini Cooper. The clear coat on the hood was bubbling and peeling, and the vinyl racing stripes were aging even worse. Doug stripped the hood, repainted it, blended the new paint into the old, and added a beautiful hand painted racing stripe. He also painted the bumper inset a contrasting color. The work was meticulously done and turned out gorgeous. I can't recommend Darnell's highly enough.”

We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. He maneuvered the vehicle in what looked like an impossible situation onto the back of the truck with ease. Got us to our destination safe and sound, and his prices are fair. “After having a bit of a pain dealing with Pick and Pull and another national cash for car chain, my friend recommended Happy Hooker towing. I had them pick up my dead Volvo from Rolf's Import Auto in Lakewood (who are AMAZING, btw). After talking with a man at Happy Hooker Towing that morning, Travis the driver met me that afternoon with $100 cash for my car and title. This morning my boyfriend called them, and had them pick up our other dead car, a Nissan. Another $200 cash! Two headaches easily handled. Neither time we had any issues!”

“I broke down in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic cars buzzing by at 60 miles an hour on both sides sides. I called The plan I was enrolled with and they told me it would be Forever because that's how I felt when they said 90 minutes to 2 hours. I'm obviously going to quit this plan. A while back my wife broke down and it took an hour and a 1/2 for them to tow her.I'm quitting Good Sam. So I asked my phone for the nearest tow truck companies. Then I looked at the map and I saw that B-line Towing was close . It was Sunday and I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner because hes a one man show . I told him of my precarious situation and he dropped everything and came and bailed me out. He was there so fast it was wonderful he did everything he said he was going to do. I had never asked him for a Cost because at this point I did not care .When my car got to the shop I asked him how much ? and he said $85. He was honest !!!! polite and his truck Is was well equipped for towing . My thanks to Fred.!! I highly recommend him. Most of the negative reviews on here are from people who have no idea why towing companies charge what they charge or what the real cost of doing business costs. Employees are constantly accused of damaging vehicle's or taking items from them when there could be from 1 to 5 or 6 people that have had access to the vehicle. My opinion.....if you want your vehicle moved at a fair price, you can't do better than Bill's.”
