“We took a friends bucket truck to have it helped out. It ran great but when you gave it gas, it just did not want to go forward or backwards very much. It was like, top speed 25. And it shure would not go up any hill unless you had a run at it. If it was a long hill.....it would stop in the middle. J&J did a good job. Been doing business with them since the 90s. They run tow trucks and sometimes they are busy busy busy moving wrecks and other. So, be patient.”
“I've only received an estimate from them and will edit this if need be after the work is complete but everyone I have spoke to there has been extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone from the lady who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, Shane (the employee who made my appointment and did the estimate), to the lady who checked me in when I went in for my appointment. “Car would not start stuck in a parking lot . Called and the lady on the phone was very helpful and trying to give discounts to help us out. She said the truck would be there within a half hour. Truck showed up on time and Kevin was amazing he was running to get the car on the truck as fast as possible since it was in a parking lot. We arrived at the place that was going to service it and Kevin was again very quick and he was very personable. We had a large purchase in the car that Kevin even helped to get into another car. Would definitely recommend this company they helped when we were really stressed.”
