“It’s very upsetting to see customers leaving a low rating due to the economy hardships. The ratings are about the business and their services. We’ve lived here for well over 30 years and have not seen greater customer service and better personal than this.Yes, the economy has caused hardships and losses for everyone but no one criticizes or rates a customer for their inability to spend. The customer service here is fantastic, and they will order you pretty much anything you need if they don’t have it, they go above and beyond their way to provide what you need, to make you feel welcomed and helped. That’s great customer services, kindness, politeness, a great team with superb management, and I haven’t seen anywhere else. I would give them 10 if I could, but judging them or the store because of everyone’s hardship is insane. Yes, it does matter that they do not have everything in their store, but they can and always do order everything you need, if you ask them. Let’s not forget that every store no matter how big or small, can’t and won’t have everything one would want.It’s great to see them still able to open the doors for all of us every morning and welcome us in and help us with a smile, as many, many other stores have long been forced to close their doors to the public and lost everything.These kind people know no boundaries when it comes to services and call you by your first names. They are wonderful, helpful, and providing a fantastic services consider all the circumstances.Thank you kindly for your great customer service, help and support, and we are very sorry for the hardships caused upon you/all of us by this miserable and unjust system.”

“I came here after the remodel and Daryl was absolutely amazing. He helped me even though I was having a super bad day due to LOWES having crappy customer service. Daryl restored my faith in somebody who totally understands what it's like to be a first time home owner and find yourself in positions where you are fixing the house and really just need some small help. Daryl was that guy. It was a small faucet repair and he seriously was able to help and direct me in the right direction. I will be 100% coming back for more products while I upgrade my house.
