βI called before my visit to confirm they carried what I needed, and the phone experience was greatβboth associates were helpful and kind. When I arrived, the cashier made sure I got every answer I was looking for. She didnβt know the answer to one of my questions, and I was ready to just guess, but she insisted on calling someone who had more knowledge about my situation.
The associate she brought in was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and really understood my needs. The associate who brought the items out to my truck was also exceptionally niceβhe even loaded the bags into the bed for me.
I had been nervous about making this trip because I honestly had no idea what I needed, but every one of these associates made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Iβm truly grateful for their help.β
βBy far the best customer service I've experienced in years. James was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend Brookdale to anyone. Prices are competitive and they offer a military discount on lumber unlike the big box store down the road.β
βCame to the base to do some installations, only to find out kits had mismilled screws 3000 plus. Being new to area I went to Fastenal out of name recognition no luck. Could not tell me where to go. So stopped at a O'Reilly's they told me about Tacoma screw
Went to the Olympia location Jared found what I needed but that location only had 200 but found another 800 at the Tacoma location so grabbed those as well and they had the rest of the order two days late. Before I could write this review I had another bunch of kits missing specifically nuts and screws
They again saved the day it me enough to get thru the day with more coming in tomorrow.
Jared, Brady and especially David !! He really when above and beyond to meet our needs, to find what I needed and get it to me and follow thru with all communications and status updates.
And Sarah help out today big time

βI ls swapped my 97 gmt400 and needed to join the ls fuel lines to the gmt400 fuel lines and replace some of the hard line with fuel injection hose with new fittings. Waited about 45 minutes and it was done for about 80 dollars.β
βLooking for a particular item that O'Reillys & autozome didn't have. I asked the cashier if they had it and within minutes another young lady came out and walked me to that said item and found it. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Customer service was great! Thank youβ

Filling the propane tank was very quick. The guy saw me walking to the pump and literally beat me to it. Apparently that is normal.
I'm told they are slightly more expensive than u-hual, but not wait time more than offsets that small difference.β

βPurchased a vinyl window (custom order) wasn't sure what to get exactly but, the representative (Sarah Nolan) was wonderful and explained the difference between the windows and their fit in the opening. I received the window within 2 weeks. I also purchase lumber and pellets from Gray. They have great customer service always.β
βI was able to rent an auger they had 2 in stock. Apparently, you can't reserve heavy machines online as it showed nothing for Sat rentals. So I just called in and they opened at 6am. Victor was very helpful gave me the run down of the machine and got me out in no time. Thank you so much, Victor!β
βAMB Tools & Equipment was extremely responsive and professional throughout the bidding process for our Tacoma, WA Air Compressor PM project. They communicated clearly, answered all questions promptly, and made the process seamless.β

βWhen in need of unconventional plumbing cartridges, these are the preferred providers. For warranty items such as commercial water heaters, they are also the optimal choice. Few establishments possess the extensive knowledge that they do.β
βIf you want cheap, no knowledge, and probably not what you need, go to one of the big box stores. If you want knowledgeable people, fast service, and darn near any fastener/tool you could need come here. I came here to find one very weird fastener for an old piece of yard furniture. I gave one of the team the only copy I had and three minutes later I had exactly what I needed. Iβll be back here again.β
βGave them another try and called in after a bad phone experience. I explain my situation on another company letting us down by saying they had them and didnβt. That I needed a certain brand and color shingle. She made some calls and was able to get me what I needed by the day I needed. Thanks again Lei!β

βToday was my first visit to McLendon and I was so impressed with the service. I had a list that included things in 4 different departments and there was someone to walk me through each one to help me pick out the correct items. Plus I needed a 33" x 16" board that they found for me in the scrape pile. I'm a very happy customer and will never going wondering through those other stores again.β
βMy daughter locked herself out of her bedroom we tried everything to get it open. Decided to call for help.He showed up the manager and got the door open. It was a Schlage so it took a bit to get open. We are very happy for the service.Quick visit and we can get back to life.β

βA great addition to the neighborhood! Easy to get to, plenty of parking, great selection of tools, gloves, construction stuffs and a friendly staff to boot! The showroom is not open to the public right now due to Covid 19 but employees are there and grab stuff for you. You can also call ahead and they'll bring it out.β

βThe Home Depot is my go to place. I go there at least 4+ time's a week. The cashiers are very nice and welcoming. The prices are reasonable. They have a lot large variety of items.β
