“I absolutely love this place! I've stayed here twice now in Hollyhock, which is their smallest space. For just me and my 2 kids, it's perfect! I love that it's not a huge hotel with tons of rooms, therefore tons of people. It's small, quiet, and close enough to town to go back and forth as much as needed. I love the improvements they made since our last stay. The adjustable bed and dimmable lamps above it were such a wonderful touch for this book worm that loves to read before bed! The mattress was apparently brand new, according to the owner, who I met on this recent stay. It was so comfy! I don't normally sleep well outside of my own home, but it was so comfortable I slept surprisingly well. Having the little kitchenette is nice. I could cook for us, so we didn't have to spend money eating out for every meal. We will definitely be making Enchanted Cottages our regular place to stay when we visit that part of the coast!”

“Bloomers Property Management does an exceptional job of caring for, cleaning, and managing these cute units. They are in an awesome location and perfect for a couple on a weekend retreat, or if you are here for one of the great holidays on the Peninsula.”

“Lovely stay a block from the beach. The rooms are updated, the beds comfortable, and the amenities are nice, such as a pool, hot tub, pool table and other games. It’s just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I love staying at old hotels. So much character if it’s been kept up and the Shelburne has been lovingly preserved by the owners of the Adrift. I would actually call the Shelburne more of an Inn than a hotel and I mean that in the best way. It feels so much more quaint than a hotel. It’s the perfect place for a single or couple to enjoy the Longbeach area. The restaurant and pub is excellent with delicious food and cocktails and the garden area is wonderful to hang out on a warm summer night. We had room 15 which is a King with Balcony. We really appreciate that we could full open the balcony door for cool air as we happen to be there on one of the infrequently hot few days just after this past Labor Day (the room also had a fan) . The balcony has a table and chair and over looks the garden. We even got some Thai take out and had a lovely alfresco dinner one night of our stay. One of the bonus of staying at Shelburne is since it’s part of the Adrift Hospitality group you can use the full facilities of the Adrift Hotel. This includes the heated pool (felt so good) the barrel Finish saunas, and beach cruisers located a short drive away. The front desk and restaurant staff are lovely. We will definitely be back.
Just a note: Although not specified I would recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for Childfree accommodations.

Noteworthy details: Very historic hotel (since 1896) and is in fabulous shape”

“We had friends stay here for their wedding night. The staff were wonderful and allowed us to put flowers in their suite before arrival. The suite was the size of an apartment and beautifully decorated. The cafe downstairs had delicious breakfast options. Our friends said the bed was comfortable, too. We will definitely set up our out of town guests here again.”

“A good choice to stay at night after visiting Olympic National Park, in our 101 road trip started from Seattle in August 2025.
The hotel is quiet and safe with excellent dunes behind its courtyard. Running through the dunes to the Pacific Ocean beach in the morning was one of the best experiences, which will never be forgotten.”

“Stayed here a couple times while traveling in the area for work. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a full breakfast each morning with delicious options. The staff were king and helpful. I would stay here again.”

“Had a wonderful stay! Loved the modern millennial hipster aesthetic of the room. Complimentary bike to ride around town and along the bike path was really nice (though the chains could use some oil/replacement due to the saltwater). Warmed salt water pool and saunas were super nice. Enjoyed that they were open later than most hotels pools are as well (closed at 11pm with adults only after 9pm). Distillery tasting (which was also complimentary with the room) was fun as well. Very close to the beach and easily walkable to many downtown restaurants. Rooms were nice though as others have pointed out not the most silent. That said, there were ear plugs but we didn't end up using them. Overall, a very fun weekend getaway experience!”
