“I don’t normally write reviews for anything but I wanted to give a special shout-out to the office staff at Discovery Heights, especially to one of the gals in the office, Alia (hope I spelled her name right). I’ve had to call their office many times over the past few months to help a couple people get into new apartments. One of these people has difficulty filling out paperwork and Alia was so patient, helpful, and kind with this person. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. She was diplomatic and professional and was quick to solve any (minor) issues or problems that we had. I really appreciated being able to work with her (and sometimes the other assistant, Mallen). It’s clear that Alia puts her whole heart into her work, a rare thing these days.”
