“I’m responding to the horrible hateful comment recently posted about Mae and the community. Since Mae became the manager a year ago, all the reviews posted are all positive 4 or 5 stars. And yours is the only one that’s negative and full of lies and degrading.

I moved to Saffron less than a year ago and love the area. It’s a smaller community but quiet. It’s easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, etc… The property management here is wonderful, especially Mae. She’s gone above and beyond with the whole process of looking for the right home for us. She focuses on attention to detail, doing small updates to the office areas and throwing small events for the community. Mae isn’t always in the office due to her health. But she’s always on top of letting us know when she’s not going to be in the office. As well as making sure residents' questions and concerns are taken care of or responded to. Regarding the elevator and other supposed problems with the community. Not all apartment buildings or communities are going to be perfect and Saffron is an older apartment. Overall, I’m very grateful for the sense of safety and care that the office provides to their residents.”

“We love it here. The apartments in the back have a great view of the mountains and are pretty quiet. The clubhouse has a decent gym and a racquetball court. The staff is very helpful and we haven't had any issues with maintenance requests. Would recommend.”
