Had a very friendly conversation with the shopkeeper and bought a gray cardigan which I have worn just about every other day since it was purchased. It is wearing beautifully and it makes me feel cozy and keeps me warm during the cold Chicago winter. Would love to get another one in another color, if possible.”

I love shopping at Gilman Village and Bonnie at Serenity made our mother-daughter shopping trip so enjoyable. Charming and attentive, she helped us find what we were looking for plus much more . Serenity is now our go to store (also love E&A) so even more reasons to shop Gilman Village first. Reasonable prices, easy parking; we may never go back to the mall.”

“I find this Ross a bit tidier than the one in Lynnwood. Aisles are more spacious. There are only 2 changing rooms near the cashier. This location is convenient since there are other stores there like Trader Joes and Petco”
“Very cute shop with a variety of styles, including many core (never go out of style) pieces that I’ve now added to my wardrobe. I wish I had asked the name of the nice lady who helped me (maybe A or E??), because she had a great eye and selected items for me that I had overlooked and ended up loving. I can’t count how many times I’ve left a shop that I probably would have liked, only because the staff followed me around and harassed me with “ooh, what about this? This would look great on you!”, but this was NOT the case at this lovely little boutique. Fun clothes. Fun shopping experience.”
