My 15-year-old son and I had such a great experience at the Buckle in Bellevue Square last night. We were helped by Ruben, and I was so impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.
My son was having a bit of a rough day, so I brought him to the mall to do a little shopping and take his mind off things. When we walked into Buckle, Ruben greeted us right away and took the time to really get to know what my son liked. He asked thoughtful questions, noticed details (like that they were both wearing Ariat jeans), and used that connection to help my son find styles that really fit his taste.
Ruben was also very skilled at helping my son find the right sizes in a way that was completely natural and positive. For example, my son tried on a size that wasn’t quite right, and Ruben gently suggested trying a different size that ended up looking perfect. He complimented my son along the way, which made him feel confident in the choices, and it was clear my son valued his guidance. This made the shopping experience even better than it would have been just with me helping.
Ruben was never pushy—just genuinely helpful, friendly, and observant. He pulled shirts, hoodies, and a vest that my son ended up loving. Ruben even doubled what we might have purchased on our own, but in the best way—everything he suggested was spot-on and things my son truly needed.
It was refreshing to see a salesperson who cared about both the customer’s experience and the details of their job. Ruben is a great example of excellent service done right. Buckle is lucky to have him on their team!”

We had 5 days to order and get the shirts to my house before our trip Marina and I think Jeanna helped me all the shirts had to be ordered and one came from Hawaii. “Inna was helping us with searching the right cut and design for men’s wide leg jeans. It took us a while to find the right baggy for him but we did it because Inna was knowledgable of the different Jean designs, which led us to Marker, the perfect baggy for my husband! We had a really good time shopping at Levi’s with Inna and also her male colleague who helped us at the beginning. Both style associates were great!”
“I would like to rate this store after years of shopping and comparison with other brands.
First, money/quality ratio. BR has kept its bar of using natural materials, great craftsmanship over the years. I can easily find 100% cotton, wool, cashmere pieces, that are not only comfortable to skin, but also last for years, a big YES! In comparison, nowadays other brands like to use synthetic materials instead, for example Jcrew, Madewell, I can find most $120 tagged sweaters made out of more than 70% polyester, a big NO!
Second, they maintained the cut over the years, any jeans or top or dress on me, make me look 10lb slimmer. Other similar price range brands don’t do this job well.
Third, the stuff at this store. I often met the Hawaiian lady, she is always pleasant to work with , chat to, super friendly and helpful. And other ladies I met less often, they’re very nice too.
So after years, I’ve passed on many brands due to lowing quality, BR now become my go to place for long lasting pieces.”

“The storefront is smaller in comparison to other global locations such as Edinburgh and Singapore, providing a more intimate experience over silent shopping. Understandably, less inventory can be kept on hand or on display. However, Jailene was lovely enough to transfer in a colour for me to try on before making my firm decision over a few visits without pressure, something I greatly appreciate.Many associates in the States are often overbearing, leading my family and I to prefer shopping overseas where assistance is present, but provided only if requested. Jailene was perfect in finding a balance and I do recommend seeking her out if you are ever looking to purchase in-store.”

She is professional but personable, highly knowledgeable & skilled but down-to-earth, helpful but not pushy, and overall just extremely on her game.
And Brittany also made me feel like a king while I was trying some items on, ensuring I had every last piece of knowledge I would need to make an informed decision prior to purchasing, making helpful/practical suggestions along the way, without being overbearing. She even made sure I got the Black Friday price of a full price item, even though the sale hadn’t technically started yet!

“This is high end franchise but I felt like service could've been better well done, especially at the door. We opened it and the security guard attempted to close it while explaining that the store was full. We waited around and a family of five soon came out after. We thought that we could make it into the store since our group was the same size, but the security person still seemed hesitant. He went in and asked and came to the door and nodded implying that the door could be opened, rather just opening it for us at this point. Anyhow, the experience inside was exceptional. We were greeted quickly and found something we liked, it had the style where it made the waist smaller, except only in size 0 and not 1. We were told that they could order it for us, however, if a return was to be made, since it is ordered online, that we would get only store credit instead of the full refund. Was there for about an hour trying on things and they were super patient with us even though we didn't get anything there.”

Jenna was also really great at reading my body language and expressions when trying on dresses. Sometimes she knew how I felt about a dress before even I did. :) I really wasn’t sure if I would end up purchasing a dress that day, since I knew I had another appointment scheduled. I said yes to a dress at my appointment, and I couldn’t be happier!”
