“I received a callback and it turns out I had just fallen through the cracks as it were. They were very apologetic and seemed genuinely receptive to my feedback regarding their process wrt preorder+installation service from the customer's pov. Further, they addressed my trepidation w/potential future communication such as warranty/parts purchases and took the time to walk me through the processes.
The trampoline was set up w/out issue and has been a huge hit w/the boys. I've been on it a few times myself. It's quite bouncy, appears to be robust, and infinitely safer than the exposed coil spring units I grew up/pinched with in my childhood.”

“The shoe department employees here are AMAZING. A taller woman helped me find shoes and did an amazing job listening to my feedback on each shoe and bringing out another based on that feedback. I ended up finding a fantastic shoe that I'm so excited to wear.
My husband was having a hell of a time due to very unique needs for his shoes. A quiet gentleman watched him walk around, listened to feedback, and thankfully managed to find a great shoe for him too.
