Lucy took the time to show us all of the different options in our price point and really asked questions to understand what style of sleeper we each were. Lucy made some wonderful recommendations and ultimately sent us to the location that sold us our bed and adjustable base. Mark and Levi were funny and efficient with great customer service, as I wish all those working in sales could be. Fastest mattress purchase ever. Overall a 10/10 experience and will highly recommend Issaquah Mattress Firm to friends and family for future purchases.”
