She listens to our tastes and preferences, and at the same time keeps steering us to make choices that will go well together. She also works hard to find us options such that we will get what we really like. In many instances, she not only called out attention to how the furniture would look, but also how practical it would be, lots of attention to details. A big thanks to Gail, our house has come together beautifully and feels so welcoming!”

The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year.
