“Let's talk customer service... Frank NAILS it!! If I could give 100 stars I would. I ordered a headboard and Frank worked me on ordering and pickup even though I live on the opposite side of the state. When I brought the item home I found a small defect and called Frank. He worked with me went and went above and beyond to rectify the error. Issaquah Furniture puts big box stores to shame, shop with Frank he is amazing!!”

“We purchased a dining room table and bench from Mitch and staff. When it arrived, unfortunately there was a defect with the varnish on the table. We decided to return the table and bench. Mitch was gracious enough to offer to replace the table and make us whole, but my wife and I decided just to return it. Mitch and staff were very friendly, helpful and really tried to make it right. We appreciate their efforts and attentiveness.”

“Nice showroom stocked with all of their products. The sales woman was wonderful. She knew her product line and was very helpful and friendly. Never pushy. She answered all of our questions.The store manager was also very helpful the next day when we placed our order. The whole process was fun and very easy. “This store is such a cute store to visit. It is aesthetically pleasing to be in, has a lot of items to browse, but doesn't feel crowded. It is a fantastic store for gifts, home decor, or to treat yourself. Amazing selection from puzzles to shave balm to jewelry, to purses, to clothes, to home decor and items. I had fun browsing as did my teenager and adult daughter. Something for everyone. I thought prices were reasonable as well. Clerk was very friendly too. We will be back next time we are in Issaquah. This area is very cute and fun to visit.”

“Wen end up here at least once a week. Our local Target. Mornings are better since everything is stocked up fully and nicely. Evenings can be lacking at times. Parking is easy.Do wish there were more customer service people though.”
