“Sees a lot of people but efficiently. Book an appointment a couple weeks in advance or deal with the standby list. If you do the standby list make sure to hang out and wait for your name to be called so they can get your tests confirmed and paid. Going late morning I'm usually in and out in an hour. Early morning, lunch and afternoon rush will likely be longer.”
“I was a little nervous about coming here after reading some of these reviews, but I had a completely opposite experience. Yes, I did have to wait on hold for about 25 minutes to make an appointment. Other than that it was all easy, quick and the staff were great. We showed up 5 minutes late and hadn't even finished the paperwork and they were kind enough to let me finish it there. We only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room. There were wonderful with my 6 yr old daughter who was getting tested and scared of getting "poked". They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I kind of can't believe some of these reviews. I think we can have some empathy for medical workers at this point. It's 2022 post-pandemic, we are very lucky for the people that are working in the medical field and helping us.”
