NAPA Auto Parts is a great old-school place with knowledgeable and extremely helpful people. The staff is friendly, honest, and provides prompt service. Customers report being able to get in and order what they need quickly, often in under five minutes. Employees are known to offer helpful temporary solutions, help find the correct parts, and even install items like windshield wipers free of charge. They are happy to hold parts for customers. The store carries quality products like NAPA Gold oil filters. While some note their prices are higher than other places, the excellent service is consistently highlighted. The business offers curbside pickup, delivery, and in-store shopping to serve the area with a wide selection of auto parts.
We had a wonderful experience finding a license plate frame here! They had very reasonable prices and a great selection, and we were helped by a nice employee named Rus, who offered us an extra one for the front of our car.
