“5 stars! Lisa was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the whole storage rental process easy and answered all my questions. Great customer service thank you, Lisa!”
“Ian & Marie were fantastic!
They both made switching over from a unt at Public Storage a breeze
Very polite and explained everything
Very pleasant experience!”
“Such a amazing team working here assuring you the best. All the managers helped get me best unit and even assisted when I needed a bigger unit. Navia was excellent in explaining me my options to a deal on a storage unit couldn’t recommend anywhere else, no push no pressure always happy to assist the best options!”
“Best storage facility in Renton, it made moving so easy. They conveniently have a moving truck on site and which helps so much! Rae Jean is the best! Awesome customer service and extremely efficient!”
“Joe did an amazing job. He was welcoming with a really nice and assuring smile. Something I needed this morning and stayed very professional and helpful throughout. I didnt have to look anywhere else after meeting him. Thanks Joe”
“This is by far the best experience I have ever had with public storage the management of this location is what really make the difference. You can really tell the difference how clean and well kept this location is compared to other locations. I highly recommend this location to keep your stuff safe.”
“The customer service representative who helped me was excellent. She was very professional, nice, efficient and knowledgeable. The box truck that I rented was one of the nicest rental trucks I have ever rented. keep up the great work. Thank you!”
“We've been tenants at this property since 2022, and the difference since Terrence took over as property manager is night and day. Communication is fast, issues actually get handled, and the whole property just runs better. What stands out most is how he works with growing businesses — when we told him we needed additional space, he was on it right away and worked out a solution with us, no runaround. He consistently goes out of his way for his tenants and finds answers instead of reasons to say no. If you're a small business looking for space with management that actually has your back, this is the place. Couldn't recommend Terrence more.”
“With it's high cement walls, razor wire all around, cameras everywhere, constant attention to security and cleanliness, this is the place for me. The aisles are paved and roomy. The access to E valley Hwy is excellent. Absolutely love the staff. Compared to a lot of the other facilities I looked at to store my RV, this one is top shelf!”

“My father rented a unit out for his "man cave" and built out a loft, my hubs was able to take over the space when my pops moved down to California. We have enjoyed it so far. The owner is attentive and on the property often plus there are security cameras which gives peace of mind. So far we really have enjoyed it and have been renting for just under a year now, my pops rented for years.”
“This storage space was perfect for my needs.
Clean, easy to access, convenient location.
The staff Elizabeth-David-Eli were very helpful! I’ll tell everyone to use their location!”
“Wonderful!! My husband and I rented a storage area yesterday and it was a truly positive, easy experience with Stacey and John setting us up! They made it even fun!”
“I have not had any issues in over one year of renting here. Granted, my unit is indoors and not one accessed only on the exterior of a building. But I could not see or notice any water intrusion in the building I rent out of, or in my own personal unit. If people were writing a lot of reviews during and after January 2020, I could understand, because that was an extraordinary and strange rain month; as in, bad things can happen in extraordinary weather events. The office staff has always been very friendly to me and I have never had an issue getting inside or to my unit. Recommended!”
“Went to U-Haul to pick up some shipping boxes. The gentleman at the register was friendly and efficient. They have a nice selection of packing and shipping supplies. Worth the drive from Issaquah.”
“Great experience at U-Haul and highly recommend for any moving needs. Ryan was great to work with and he provided me with the towing part I needed for my move. Great service, thank you! 10/10 highly recommend.”
“Very positive experience! From the enthusiastic greeting to the easy process of returning the truck, everything was clearly presented and fast.. I WILL use this location again!,”
