The access to E valley Hwy is excellent. Absolutely love the staff. Compared to a lot of the other facilities I looked at to store my RV, this one is top shelf!”

“This is the BEST storage facility! It was easy and convenient to set up. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been so pleasant. Joe is extraordinary, and it makes my day talking to him every time. He is super helpful and makes you feel like a friend when he's talking to you. After a very pleasant phone conversation with Joe a few weeks ago, I went in to meet him in person, just to say hello, and to thank him for helping me with my account. He's even nicer in person, and is now one of my all-time favorite people. Joe is the definition of "above and beyond" service. “I am recently moving out of my first apartment. I’m 25 and this is my first time getting a Public Storage by myself and Lisa here at the east Valley. highway location was beyond what I could expect. She was very kind, very professional. We talked, got to know each other while Everything me being a customer. She made me feel very comfortable renting the storage by myself she explained everything in thorough detail. She walked me to the location of where my storage would be, and she made me feel very, very comfortable And I really do appreciate her.She took the time out to wait for me to download the app and show me how to access the gate when leaving and going. The owner is attentive and on the property often plus there are security cameras which gives peace of mind. So far we really have enjoyed it and have been renting for just under a year now, my pops rented for years.”

“Thrilled to have found this space! Although the storage area is not climate-controlled, due to the setup, it is dry and well-insulated. The temperature is comfortable in contrast to outside temperatures. The loading dock makes moving quick and easy. The restrooms are clean and very accommodating. The kitchen area is a fantastic bonus with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tables. There is a lot of great meeting space for an impromptu brainstorming session and also private office space for confidential meetings. Access is available 24 hours and you get all of this at a very reasonable price. Terrence, the GM, is professional, friendly and great to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found ReadySpaces.”

I heard about Lakeside Boat through the Seattle boating community, as they came highly recommended seeing how close they were to the east side. I took my Sea Ray to Josh and his team for service on the carburetor and some engine work. I was quite happy with the initial estimate, transparency and honesty. Their rates are very reasonable, he explained what was needed for the boat now and what could be addressed later in the season. His mechanic is amazing and walked me through his approach to fixing the boat. I'm very happy with the work his team provided and will continue to have him look after my boat.”

We rented the trailer for 4 hours to bring a car from Pyuallup, we brought it back and returning it was not a problem. “I have not had any issues in over one year of renting here. Granted, my unit is indoors and not one accessed only on the exterior of a building. But I could not see or notice any water intrusion in the building I rent out of, or in my own personal unit. If people were writing a lot of reviews during and after January 2020, I could understand, because that was an extraordinary and strange rain month; as in, bad things can happen in extraordinary weather events. The office staff has always been very friendly to me and I have never had an issue getting inside or to my unit. Recommended!”
