The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that larger orders can take a bit longer during busy periods, but overall they’ve been a dependable local business we’re happy to keep using.”
“Bought a neon sign for my shop and before I could get it hung up I dropped something on it and broke the neon tubing. I called around to a few sign companies figuring it was a lost cause, but after talking to Signarama they told me they were pretty sure they could fix it. The price was right so I had them do it and now my sign is hanging up in my shop and it works Great!! Very happy with the whole process!!”

“Everything went very smoothly through the design and ordering phases with Image360, and we were super excited when we finally set up the backdrop for our client's booth. It was impressive to see the three 10-foot tall sections towering above the neighboring exhibitor booths at the show! And, the colors looked fantastic on the stretched fabric, too! The installation took only minutes, due to the smart construction and to the fact that the fabric face arrives already attached to the frame. Takedown was a breeze, also. “I needed a piece of creativity printed really fast baby girl tooth came out and it was not placed under the pillow and she didn't get her dollar so Aunty to the reacue. I drew up a photo and lil note and with a chatbot enhancement perfection was created I just needed it printed, and this is my choice for printing. The customer service rep named Kevin was quick and polite . And now the dollar is on its way to the rightful owner. A seven year old princess.”

“Very helpful staff and ease of Fedex shipping. My only complaint is the self serve copier you must prepay and you cannot pick uour own prepaid amount. So if you pick $20 and your scan project is $22 (yes, it cost that much) just deletes and you have to start over. With software development now in 2026, it should just take out the amount from your card.”

“The Asian lady in this store is cheerful and has great customer service. All the employees do. When my package needs tape, they don't try to get me to buy tape or charge me. They'll tape up where I need it and are always gracious about it. All good employees. It's not that the Pearl Street UPS has bad employees, I don't mean that. But if you need a little extra tape, go to Proctor and get the extra customer service. Pearl won't help you with tape problems.”

One of the stores failed to open on time and the other one had a rude customer service rep.
