“I was hesitant to return my Amazon items here after reading reviews, but I had absolutely no problem. The gentleman working was friendly and efficient. The return was a breeze (I handed him the items, he scanned the QR codes on my phone and printed me a receipt).The reason I didn't give this location five stars was because I've been here a few other times when it was busy and the store seemed a bit chaotic.”

“It is the holiday season, the busiest time of the year, there’s only one window opened, one staff covering a very long line.I have been to other locations in the past, I’ve never seen only one window open in the holiday season. I hear other staffs working in the back.I feel quite bad for the only one staff working.Such a long long wait”
