“This was my first time getting a self storage space and what an easy going and stress fee experience. I signed up online and didn't even have to go down there. When I did though, Jen was very friendly, welcoming, and answered questions I had without making me feel dumb. The place was very clean and I liked the added security. All this gave me such peace of mind. Thank you Extra Space Storage.”

“The Asian lady in this store is cheerful and has great customer service. All the employees do. When my package needs tape, they don't try to get me to buy tape or charge me. They'll tape up where I need it and are always gracious about it. All good employees. It's not that the Pearl Street UPS has bad employees, I don't mean that. But if you need a little extra tape, go to Proctor and get the extra customer service. Pearl won't help you with tape problems.”

“This was one of the most professional UPS stores that I have been too. This is after visiting two other stores in the area. One of the stores failed to open on time and the other one had a rude customer service rep. Diego went out of his way to help me out, and it was much appreciated.”

“I have always been treated courteously even if I did have to wait in line for a while. Its not the fault of the employees if people have unreasonabe requests or just problems that take a while to resolve.. Not everyones issues are simple. People should just have more patience. They should try to put themselves in the same place in their own job and ask themselves if theyve ever had a prob with a customer and had someone waiting and couldnt do anything about it but have them wait?”
