“We tried to send a package from a Puyallup location with a Nintendo Switch. We had it labeled Hazmat and all that jazz. 2 day air shipping.The 3rd day, we called customer service line and we were told it was delaYed in Memphis due to weather.Day 5 we called and discovered the package had gone as far as Tacoma.Day 6 we learned it was “bumped” but we were not given ANY explanation. Or tips on how to proceed.Day 8 we are told to go pick it up from this location (and in the same call/service guy that it was going to be delivered by 8pm).Enter this location.Rosa greets me. I get as far as “Complicated issue with Nintendo Switch” and she knows EXACTLY the box. She grabs a DG (Dangerous Goods) specialist who lets us know that it was a simple issue of over-labeling. Rosa fixes the issue (remove one label) and she gets it sent out for me. She has been the ONLY person at FedEx that has not given me the runaround, was pleasant, AND actually helped resolve the issue. She saved the day and my sanity! Thank you Rosa! :)TL:DRRosa is awesome and is an amazing problem solver! Thank you!!”
