“I drive by this shop almost everyday and have been meaning to stop in. I'm so glad I finally did! It is SUPER cute! The plants were so healthy and I loved the cute decor. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I was excited to hear they also now have cold storage and can do flower bouquets. Now I need to find an occasion to order one... or maybe just because. :-) I'll definitely be back to this adorable neighborhood plant and flower shop in Wallingford.”
“I love this shop! When you first enter it feels like a plant wonderland. They have a good variety of plants with good prices compared to other shops. Their plants look very well taken care of, this is the only shop where i’ve purchased plants and have not had any issues with pests so far. They also have an adorable store dog! I recommend stopping by this place whether you’re into plants or not. It’s super fun!”
“I am obsessed with this place! There are animals to look at (alpacas, goats, peacocks, and so many chickens!) They have a farmers market that has the most vibrant color fruits and vegetables. I especially enjoyed the small purple cabbage. Then there is of course the plants and flowers to look at and purchase if you would like. My mom bought me a sunflower for my birthday and now I enjoy it every time I look in my front yard. I just really really really enjoy this place and highly recommend!”

“Swanson's is the best place to go for retail therapy. Just make sure you set a budget for yourself before you go because it is extremely easy to overspend on all the wonderful options. Between the beautiful garden cafe, the gift shop, the huge selection, it's not for the faint of heart. Visitor beware, it's like a garden wonderland.”
“I took my saw into this shop to have damage repaired that was done when I loaned it to a friend.
Bob assessed the damage, quoted parts cost and said it would be done 2 days after the parts arrived. It snowed and the parts arrived a few days later than expected. My saw was Stihl ready for pickup a week after I dropped it off.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop.”

“I first found Root Connection and went there for the first time on a cold early spring day. The proprietor was very kind in her introduction to the property and engaging with all of the other community farm members. Being unfamiliar with this farming model, I purchased a single day membership, toured the property, picked some produce out of the farm. It was one of the most wholesome of experiences I've ever had.”

“I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this store and I gotta say, it's probably the most positive online transaction (including the pitfalls) that I have ever had regarding plant purchasing and shipping! Shout out to Giselle, the queen of positivity and master of 'let's make it work'! I ordered a wishlist plant and added some rescues, when it came time to fulfill my order, the store didn't have a plant that met their full price standards, so they offered to refund or exchange it. I called because I *really* wanted the one plant and got to speak with Giselle. She was all in and went on the hunt through their massive inventory for a rescue version of my plant, found it, adjusted the total bill to reflect it. Not done yet, she then added the additional 'rescue' plants I had ordered, which are hardly rescues at all!!! One arrived gorgeous, perfect, and flowering!
And the shipping..... YES. The plants were shipped mostly dry which for me is the golden buzzer always. Wet plants don't ship well. AND each plant was packed like a first time mom sending her 2 year old out into 6 feet of snow 😅 Absolutely nothing was going to damage those plants 😁 Definitely a new loyal customer here. Thank you Giselle!!!!”
“We planned to have our landscaping guy to plant Japanese Plum Yews along the border line of our property. But in November, it was very hard to get about 20 yews at any stores. I called so many nursery places and no luck. And then I reached out to Wetlands & Woodlands Wholesale without much hope. Doug answered my call and he said he could order them for us, and they should be delivered in about 2 weeks!... And the plants were actually arrived earlier than expected. And they were all in very good height compared to their age. Plus the price Doug gave us was very competitive compared to most other nursery stores in the great Seattle area. They also offered very good delivery service. All in all, we are very happy with this place, and all they offered for their customers. Definitely will reach out to him again in the future if needed. I came in a little lost looking to get a key made. Diana was zoning near by the Key Kiosk. She was more than happy to help me. The key came out perfect. $6.48 for 1 cheap key is insane! But that's not Diana's fault. Thank you for being a helpful, friendly person Diana!
When I went to check out I met Clyde who was also very kind and helpful.

“I couldn’t find a specific item and I asked an employee for help. We didn’t find what I needed but when I was about to leave Logan (the guy who helped me out) stopped me right before I left and had found with exactly what I was looking for, give that guy a raise!”
“Wow!! Today was the best service I have ever received at this location. We have been shopping here for 5 years and today we had a whole experience! We went for 40 cinder blocks, 6 bags of pea gravel and 8 bags of soil. We expected to load it all ourselves but Omar and Emanuel offered to help when they saw us coming back with empty flat beds. What a treat! Those two guys are amazing and deserve to get a shout out! Thank you so much gentlemen.”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”
