Samantha won my business by being very helpful and knowledgeable about trading in my Tesla that was leased with Santander. She went the extra mile and figured a ton of info out for me very fast. Other dealerships in Tri-Cities were not even close to the level of customer service I got. Most wouldn’t even give me an OTD price without coming in to the dealership.
Samantha had prompt responses with text message AND was able to give me an OTD price via text. This is helpful because I am very busy and don’t have time to go into every dealership just to get a quote. She was able to get me to the price I wanted.
Easton was also wonderful. Super nice guy and was very friendly on both test drives. I did one in the day and night. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions.
They were both great and not pushy.
My finance guy (think his name was Ruben) was also wonderful. Good team here!

“Sorry for the late review. I took a 1998 Dodge Dakota truck in for a clicking noise that I heard when turning sharply right. I believed it to be a bad CV joint.
One of the cool things these guys do is completely inspect the vehicle, alerting you to anything else that might be wrong. Not only did they find that I didn't have a bad CV joint, but the clicking was simply a tire weight on my 4x4 truck tire that was contacting the frame in sharp turns. These guys fixed the problem, changed out my oil, and gave me a complete health report of my vehicle for no extra charge.
I appreciated the honesty and integrity of these guys, and I recommend them for any auto repair you might need!”
“Got my clutch assembly replaced on my subaru forrester. It took awhile to get an appointment because they have a lot of business and even offered to reccommend a different place if I wanted. They did a great job and the final cost was under the quote.”

“Genesis is a gem! Matt is nice and knowledgeable, Moe in the office is so helpful and pleasant. I was beyond happy to find a place that services Toyotas and Lexus because I've been so disappointed in the dealerships here and in Hermiston. We took our Camry in for diagnostics, Matt said it was safe to drive (whew!!), and they sent us a text linking us to the invoices and estimates of the parts, labor, etc. So we know about how much it will cost to get the car up to snuff. No BS, just the facts, and we've had an awesome, easy experience so far. Highly recommend!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Caliber collision . From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and way faster than I expected. I brought my car in after damage to the bumper and they walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and giving me a very fair estimate.
Not only did they finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was outstanding — you’d never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was perfect, everything was aligned like new, and they even cleaned the car before returning it to me. “I pulled in today, not knowing why I couldn’t get a reading on my oil stick and Jeff gave me some knowledge that I’ll never forget when your dipstick does not reading. It means it’s about 2 quarts low so just keep an eye on it. Don’t want to go under that. They topped me off checked all my fluids checked all my tire pressures. Tony was amazing. These guys treated me like family everybody should come here thanks guys.”

“Came in for an oil change and shake over 60mph. Was extremely pleased with the service! Was welcomed with a smile from both service advisors. Christian and Adam were respectful and informative and made sure my expectations were met. Fast service and straight to the point communication allowed me to have my car on the road more quickly than expected. Alex also came out to communicate a few other things involved with fix, which it can be nice to hear from the other people your trusting to do work on your car.
