I love this bank! I've banked with Banner Bank since they acquired Americsn West. Each and every interaction I have had with bank staff has been courteous and professional. The very few times I've had a concern or question, I've felt that staff listened to me and resolved my cncern.Keep up the great work!

This is the slowest bank drive thru I have ever used. They carry on a conversation with each other instead of focusing on the transaction you can watch them do it thru the window! No shame………
