Our project was quite small, and the original tile work had to be kept in place and undamaged while the new tile was installed. The install required additional wall support and some in-place tile cutting. Definitely will go back if more tile work is needed.”

When I did go in she was on top of it, she was very knowledgeable on all the flooring. And was quick to help me get all my samples I needed to take home to see what looked best, she even loved then in my car. When I picked out my flooring all I had to do was call her and give her Measurements and she got it all ready for my contractor to pick up. If I could give her a higher rating I would. “I have been going to Cost Less for years through my last flip and now the remodel on my forever home. I made a real dumb mistake and measured wrong on my new sink, total rookie move I know! It threw my whole countertop install off and I am now without a kitchen for possibly 3 weeks! I found a sink I really liked at my local Cost Less store but they had just sold the last one. The really nice people at my store put me in touch with Kimberly at the Richland store who was amazing got my sink pulled from the warehouse and my mom who lives in Richland who just happened to be driving down for a visit is picking up my sink tomorrow. These guys went above and beyond for me, they sympathize with me and made it happen! 10 stars for Kimberly and both the Bend and the Richland location!”
