The two gals in the office are great, very helpful! The apartment its self is ok. Definitely out dated appliances, outlets are old and worn kind of a 70's look. Outside deck is pretty bad, rotted wood along the railing, holes in astro turf. I do appreciate the view of the pond

As if this property didn't have enough issues! Tweakers! If their not coming or going their sitting in the parking lot at hours with engines idling music thumping etc.The new outside lighting is not only offensive. It's blinding to the neighboring property!!
