“They have practically everything for your home and for all seasons and holidays. Huge amount of merchandise to choose from. Staff there are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Home goods is one of my favorite places to shop! Oh and prices are reasonable and merchandise is great quality !!!”

“Worked an event at the kennewick walmart and the employees there were so amazing and they helped promote the event and made sure we had things that we needed and made sure that we had things to drink. The event employees and the celebrity chef Todd was also absolutely amazing and so nice and made sure that we were also taken care of!”

“I'm giving Rent a center a 4 out of 5 stars, I like the customer service and being accept based on my job and not credit, The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because of the pricing to own most of the items is double to quadruple the retail price while I'm okay with paying a few hundred over retail it doesn't feel good when you know you could have just saved the money to buy the items outright for retail prices.”
“Tammy from hand bags, I appreciate you and your kind efforts to make my mother feel welcomed. Most clerks/ cashiers see that my mother struggles with her English and avoid her if I’m not there to translate. I left my mother for a moment to be in the fitting rooms and as I rush out. I find out my mother is being helped by this lovely lady named Tammy. She works in the handbags section and even though it appeared she did NOT know Spanish, she did her absolute best to communicate KINDLY to my mother.
She has real customer service skills, any corporation would be fortunate enough to have her. This wasn’t
the first time I’ve encountered her either, she has always been this way. We’re not even from this city, so it’s always a delight to see people who actually love their jobs and appreciate human decency.

“This is the store that tends to be my first choice when it comes to dress clothes. I have always liked the wide selección of in-store items for men that Macy's has at the men's location. The clothes are neither the fanciest nor the highest quality, but tend to fall in that sweet spot of quality and price. Quality tends to be high for the men's clothes, and the prices don't take a huge chunk out of the wallet. The staff has always been friendly enough, and the store has always looked clean and well-organized every time that I have gone to buy/browse clothes.”
“Prices were good. Too bad the Sunday crowd wasn’t raised to put clothes back on racks or pick up dropped items, so things become a mess. Also self checkout isn’t any faster. Especially since you have to stop and have person take all the security tags off at end. Don’t go on a Sunday”

“Due to reasons you don't care about, I haven't worn makeup in a few years and decided, now that I no longer need to wear a mask, it was time for new makeup. I'm of an age that I really had no idea what I needed, or wanted. Stopped in Macy's cosmetics (Columbia Center Mall) and met Soshi (not sure how to spell it, but that's how it sounds to me). She started asking questions, and we moved from one counter to another and ended up at Clinique. Clinique is a brand I recognized, and have used. She helped me decide on a color, did not try to over sell me, in fact when I asked a couple of questions about a product, she ended up putting it back. I missed the 'make-up gene' when I was born, and this charming and knowledgable young lady was a great help. If you need help with makeup, I strongly recommend Macy's and ask for Soshi. She has a nice sense of humor, too ;-)”

“Amazing service. I wish the receipt had her name but I don't see it. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. She explained why some items were not as good as others she was able to help me understand why one of my past toys developed a gross smell even though they were taken care of.
