“These guys are fantastic and go the extra mile for their customers. Bought a washer/dryer, range, range hood and refrigerator from them for a remodel. The communication on each order was clear and concise, and the prices were fair and competitive. But it was the after-purchase service that makes the difference. The youngsters who delivered the appliances got them into the home taking exceptional care not to damage the appliance or the fresh trim. They got them in place, and watched/instructed us on hookup (to make sure we got it right because they can no longer by law do installs). They weren't in a rush to run off, instead making sure we were completely squared away. And the fridge was such a beast that David (Bunch) came out to help guide it into place. Again, they took every possible step to protect our floors and trim, and offered free return visit(s) to ensure our contractor gets it installed right. Friendly, unhurried and professional, these guys do it right. Cannot give a higher recommendation.”

“Found most of what I was shopping for but the last item I couldn't find. Had a hard time finding an employee for help. The one employee I found was helping someone else so had to wait my turn. The employee didn't seem that knowledgeable but very will to go out of their way to help. I was able to get all my items with no more hiccups.”

I visited the union gap one poor and they only made snarky remarks. The sunnyside one has been closed but that is usually where I go as it is the closest.”
