I’ve always like the quality of F21 but I’m going to give one star for the experience I’ve had today with them. An item was tagged with a discount together with several stocks of it but employee didn’t honor the discount. Outerwear is still of good quality so I just paid it.

Rude staff. Not plus size friendly. I found 1 garment size XL (swimsuit bottoms). Definitely won’t return or give this company any business.
