“This is the store that tends to be my first choice when it comes to dress clothes. I have always liked the wide selección of in-store items for men that Macy's has at the men's location. The clothes are neither the fanciest nor the highest quality, but tend to fall in that sweet spot of quality and price. Quality tends to be high for the men's clothes, and the prices don't take a huge chunk out of the wallet. The staff has always been friendly enough, and the store has always looked clean and well-organized every time that I have gone to buy/browse clothes.”

“Clean, good selection, and the employees greet you. I always spend more than I planned or buy when I say I'm only looking because the environment and people are welcoming. Only issue I've come across is navigating a stroller in the baby area since a lot is packed in small areas.”

“I showed up needing a suit in general but also for a very soon date planned with my girlfriend for her birthday since she was dressing incredibly nice. Alex came, helped me with everything, gave me good suggestions (Since I really dont know much lol) and made me leave very satisfied and happy. The date with the suit went great! With how broad my shoulders are combined with the fact im a bulkier or "Husky" sized dude it is not easy to find stuff for me.”

“Due to reasons you don't care about, I haven't worn makeup in a few years and decided, now that I no longer need to wear a mask, it was time for new makeup. I'm of an age that I really had no idea what I needed, or wanted. Stopped in Macy's cosmetics (Columbia Center Mall) and met Soshi (not sure how to spell it, but that's how it sounds to me). She started asking questions, and we moved from one counter to another and ended up at Clinique. Clinique is a brand I recognized, and have used. She helped me decide on a color, did not try to over sell me, in fact when I asked a couple of questions about a product, she ended up putting it back. I missed the 'make-up gene' when I was born, and this charming and knowledgable young lady was a great help. If you need help with makeup, I strongly recommend Macy's and ask for Soshi. She has a nice sense of humor, too ;-)”
