Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!

She always does a wonderful job, and I completely trust her with my pets. We adopted a chihuahua mix, Ellie, who had been abused in the past and was very nervous about grooming. Kristen has been incredibly patient and gentle with her, taking things slow to make Ellie feel safe. Now, Ellie actually loves going there, which is something I never thought would be possible! Not only does Kristen do an amazing job with the grooming, but she also adds the cutest touches—Ellie always comes home with a fun pop of color in her fur and an adorable bandana. It’s the little details that make the experience even more special! The entire team at The Groomery is amazing—so kind, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. The facility is always clean, and you can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of every pet that walks through their doors. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Highly recommend!

This is definitely the best haircut he’s had in town and he even got a cute little tie lol his paws are also well trimmed and he seemed to have had a good time. In a great time of need for my beautiful dog they came through when my regular vet declined to see us. They saw my dog immediately when I told them the circumstances. We weren't regular patients there but they took the time! A tragic day for my GSH when her leg broke from just turning in the yard because of having osteosarcoma that was found at this appointment. I'll never forget the kindness from the front door to the assisting that was necessary to send my angel back to the Good Lord!

Today, I brought in my 4 month old puppy who was having terrible diarrhea and of course, she had a terrible bout of it on the way to the clinic, covering her kennel and the backseat of my car. I pulled in to their parking lot and called them, not knowing what to do, when Stacy answered the phone and jumped to action!! She actually helped me clean the kennel and helped get my puppy to a room immediately. I never expected this sort of service and good natured attitude from anyone and I am so grateful. From the initial phone conversation with Crystal to the time we walked out of the office each and everyone of these employees were absolutely amazing.
