That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! Thanks Puptown!!

122 B Wellsian Way, RichlandBrought in my 15lb Pomeranian Husky mix, and they did great!! Was about $60 to have her washed, dried, brushed, trimmed, and get her nails trimmed, which isnt a bad price! They were super sweet to her, it was a really quick groom, and when I told them about her preferences to not have her face blow dried, they were very understanding. Super calm in there, which is great for my dog's anxiety! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good groomer.

When Dr Nelson came I took my dog to him and have enjoyed his caring and gentle nature for all 6 of my dogs over the years. I’m fortunate that all of my babies have lived to be 15 yrs old. And now we have a 4 yr old little sweetie. Dr Nelson has been an important part of our dog life for so long and I really hate to see him go. But I hope he has a great retirement and enjoys his family. We will miss him.

There was enough space for my cockatoo cage and my bird loves Brandon the owner she is normally shy but she took to hik right away. My bird is full flight and needs certain temps and special cleaning agents and they accomidated my birds needs so well. Lucy my bird has stayed 2x now and she wasn't stressed at all I am so grateful. Bird boarding is hard to find in our area so glad I found them.

2470 Henderson Loop, RichlandGreat place! This place has a really great vibe. Really nice inside area with garage doors that open kind of out to the patio. The patio lawn area is huge with lots of tables and chairs. They played lots of different games and stuff there as well. Live music is a great option here. And of course the beers are quite good. Highly recommend you check this place out
