248 Williams Blvd, RichlandThey got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! Thanks Puptown!!

Shed Happens Grooming
1209 Potter Ave, RichlandExcellent service and price. We have a very anxious dog who struggles getting groomed. We’ve had multiple groomers complain and even charge us additional fees. Then we found Shed Happens. Not a single complaint and the way our dog reacted to her made us know we had found the right place. Our dog came out looking much better than the other groomers and for less. We highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a great groomer.

She’s very thorough and takes time to explain details and answer any questions regarding my animals. I never feel rushed through appointments, even with multiple pets. The entire staff is great! My fur babies are always happy to see the same smiling faces year after year. It really is comforting to know they are in good hands. Plus it’s clean, well kept, quiet and doesn’t have an odor like previous places I’ve taken my animals. Richland Animal Hospital is always my first recommendation to anyone looking for a place to take their pets!

There was no rush they gave you a home style setting and the people that work there we're awesome very kind and very considerate. There was enough space for my cockatoo cage and my bird loves Brandon the owner she is normally shy but she took to hik right away. My bird is full flight and needs certain temps and special cleaning agents and they accomidated my birds needs so well. Lucy my bird has stayed 2x now and she wasn't stressed at all I am so grateful. Bird boarding is hard to find in our area so glad I found them.

Then they gave us what looked like the brownie Sunday cookie but was missing toppings. They said no that’s the total number of toppings, she counted them to point it out. Well the total was there but had toppings from other cookies that were on the menu. Little of this one, little of that one, and the cherry.

Our hostess / waitress was the sweetest, and the menu has a lot of choices but isn’t overwhelming (like some other sushi places I’ve been to.) Priced really well for what you get!
We did the atomic bomb for appetizer - first time I’ve had something like that and I would come back just for that alone. Quality ingredients. Really enjoyed the Seahawks roll and the baked scallop roll. We’ll be back and would recommend!

The patio lawn area is huge with lots of tables and chairs. They played lots of different games and stuff there as well. Live music is a great option here. And of course the beers are quite good.
