7202 Burden Blvd, PascoWe came to the Pasco store after the Richland store clerk tried to talked us out of buying the bearded dragon and supplies we wanted. We explained that we had experience raising dragons and knew what we needed. She lost our business as she continued to try to sell us bigger and more expensive items we did not want.
I'm giving this store a 10 as the young man sold us what we wanted and asked for. We are raising Lizzy in a great environment.

8823 Sandifur Pkwy, PascoMy dog had emergency surgery elsewhere over the weekend and I did his follow up care today with Pet Medical Center and the experience was amazing. The tech, Heather, and Dr. Kontogianis made me feel seen and heard and genuinely cared for. After a such a scary experience and a nerve wracking healing process after this surgery, having knowledgeable and caring providers be there for you is so valuable. Every concern was met with a clear plan and I feel confident leaving this appointment that we are headed in the right direction in his healing process. I also needed to purchase some food there and LJ was so helpful and walked with my dog around the store while I checked out to make things easier for me. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this experience. 10/10 recommend Pet Medical Center. Thank you!

7196 Columbia River Rd, PascoWe board our dogs here frequently. The staff is wonderful and they take great care of Luci and Jack-Jack. Luci is a Great Pyrenees and Jack is a Saint Bernard and the whole staff do a great job with these big dogs.
They always come home not stressed and in good condition.
The Owners Natalie and Drew are wonderful people and we love to support them as our neighbors. We recommend Columbia River Kennels to anyone with dogs.
