Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!

3911 W 27th Ave #107, KennewickI used to take my dog Maximo to Pet Supplies for grooming, but once we met Krisha, we followed her and never looked back. She has been grooming Maximo for what I think has been almost 1+years now.. Honestly, Maximo only seems to like her when it comes to grooming!
Krisha is incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. She knows exactly what Maximo dislikes — especially kennels — and always makes sure he feels as comfortable as possible. She’s also very informative and takes the time to communicate everything clearly, which I truly appreciate.
I absolutely love the way she cuts my fur son’s hair every single time. While the new price may be a little higher than the previous place,it is 100% worth it for the comfort, care, and attention Maximo receives. Knowing he feels safe and happy with her gives me so much peace of mind.
We are so grateful for her services and the care she gives Maximo. We are delighted to follow her wherever she goes because finding someone you trust with your pet is rare, and Krisha is truly one of a kind! Thank you Krisha - Maximos momma ?

I’ve had to put all of my animals down there through out all these years and even 3 weeks ago and My doctor is Dr Stidum and he truly connects with his patients & truly cares for our animals. Kim at the front desk is a sweetheart also! Not only was everyone so sweet and apologetic of the loss of my dog Bella ( everyone knew her there she was pretty famous on coming in the last year of her life ) I just received a book in the mail about losing an animal and it was personally signed by everyone who works at vista and they wrote such sweet , personalized messages to my Bella and it literally made me bawl my eyes out. I would never recommend any other vet than this one! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work and caring you do for our fur babies! This is why my whole life I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian because I always wanted to be like these people who truly care for our fur babies.

In a great time of need for my beautiful dog they came through when my regular vet declined to see us. They saw my dog immediately when I told them the circumstances. We weren't regular patients there but they took the time! A tragic day for my GSH when her leg broke from just turning in the yard because of having osteosarcoma that was found at this appointment. I'll never forget the kindness from the front door to the assisting that was necessary to send my angel back to the Good Lord!

Today, I brought in my 4 month old puppy who was having terrible diarrhea and of course, she had a terrible bout of it on the way to the clinic, covering her kennel and the backseat of my car. I pulled in to their parking lot and called them, not knowing what to do, when Stacy answered the phone and jumped to action!! She actually helped me clean the kennel and helped get my puppy to a room immediately. I never expected this sort of service and good natured attitude from anyone and I am so grateful. The initial meeting with the owner went very well. I appreciate that they introduce new dogs under strict supervision to gauge if they are a good fit with the pack. I was also surprised to see how much room, indoors and outdoors, was available to the dogs throughout the day. We enjoy the daily photos of the dogs having a great time. Our first trip away went so well that we've now been dropping our pet off about once a week for doggie daycare with his buddies and we're switching to the on-premise groomers! Our dog always comes home exhausted from all the fun! If you're dog is a good fit for pack play, I highly recommend Ruff-Inn-It!

Atmosphere wise, its right next to a plant nursery/shop which couldnt be better, and then there is a somewhat busy street on the other side which could be a turn off if you plan to sit and chat. But its really not bad, and the food is makes it worth it lol!

So sweet and helpful. After a week or two you are pretty much one your own.
We were suggested to come back every holiday to visit as I like the place and my dog kind of does.
I put them in my planning estate will so I plan to be part of them for life and there after.

Loves to them and all involved!
They need branded stuff for dogs though so if a printer or such can help them out it would be great!
