The lady up front was very nice and helpful as I waited for my dog to get groomed I went through the register a couple of times she did not make me feel like I was waisting her time as for HAILY WHAT AN AWESOME JOB she did on my baby ! She had a big job to do ,I had been looking for a groomer for a good 4 weeks or so ( mosted were booked for a couple wks or wouldn't respond)& in that wait my baby was gathering matting she did a beautiful job she got me in same day ! I now have a happy and more beautiful cooled down girl THANK YOU HAILY❤

Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!

9200 W Clearwater Ave, KennewickWe have been taking our standard poodles, Milo and Charlie, to Renee at Barks & Bubbles for about two years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Before finding Renee we tried several groomers throughout the Tri-Cities. None of them came close to the level of care, professionalism and quality that she provides. Her salon is always clean, she is incredibly responsive and her background as a former vet tech gives me extra confidence that my dogs are in good hands.
The biggest testament to how wonderful she is? Milo and Charlie know her by name. Yes, really! When we tell them they’re going to see Renee they get excited and they’re ALWAYS happy to arrive for their appointments.
Renee is cheerful, kind and genuinely loves the pets she works with. She treats Milo and Charlie as if they were her own. Their haircuts are always EXACTLY what I asked for and somehow they usually turn out even better!
One thing I especially appreciate is the care she takes with their ears. Prior to seeing Renee both of my dogs frequently developed ear infections after grooming appointments elsewhere. Since we’ve been bringing them to her neither dog has had a single ear infection following a grooming visit. She does an excellent job maintaining their ears and ensuring proper airflow without overdoing it.
I trust Renee completely and I honestly cannot imagine taking my boys anywhere else. If you are looking for a groomer who is skilled, professional and caring she is the best in the Tri-Cities.

3315 W Clearwater Ave Ste 100, KennewickWe are so incredibly grateful for the compassion and care the Horse Heaven hills urgent care veterinary team showed our family during one of the hardest days we’ve ever experienced. Our 12-year-old daughter was struggling deeply with having to say goodbye to her beloved 8-year-old rabbit, Ben.
The entire staff was so thorough, patient, and incredibly caring throughout the process. They treated Ben with such kindness and treated our daughter with so much compassion and understanding. You could genuinely tell that they cared—not only about Ben, but about the heartbreak our daughter was experiencing.
One of the most meaningful things they did was take Ben’s little footprint and save some of his fur for her to keep. Those small gestures meant so much to her and gave her something tangible to hold onto and remember him by.
Saying goodbye is never easy, especially for a child who loves her pet so deeply, but the kindness and compassion shown to us made an incredibly painful day a little easier. We will forever be grateful for the way they cared for Ben and for our daughter. Thank you for treating our family with such genuine compassion during such a heartbreaking time. ❤🐰

I’ve had to put all of my animals down there through out all these years and even 3 weeks ago and My doctor is Dr Stidum and he truly connects with his patients & truly cares for our animals. Kim at the front desk is a sweetheart also! Not only was everyone so sweet and apologetic of the loss of my dog Bella ( everyone knew her there she was pretty famous on coming in the last year of her life ) I just received a book in the mail about losing an animal and it was personally signed by everyone who works at vista and they wrote such sweet , personalized messages to my Bella and it literally made me bawl my eyes out. I would never recommend any other vet than this one! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work and caring you do for our fur babies! This is why my whole life I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian because I always wanted to be like these people who truly care for our fur babies.

In a great time of need for my beautiful dog they came through when my regular vet declined to see us. They saw my dog immediately when I told them the circumstances. We weren't regular patients there but they took the time! A tragic day for my GSH when her leg broke from just turning in the yard because of having osteosarcoma that was found at this appointment. I'll never forget the kindness from the front door to the assisting that was necessary to send my angel back to the Good Lord!

Today, I brought in my 4 month old puppy who was having terrible diarrhea and of course, she had a terrible bout of it on the way to the clinic, covering her kennel and the backseat of my car. I pulled in to their parking lot and called them, not knowing what to do, when Stacy answered the phone and jumped to action!! She actually helped me clean the kennel and helped get my puppy to a room immediately. I never expected this sort of service and good natured attitude from anyone and I am so grateful. Picking up happy dogs at the end of a trip means we'll use Ruff INN It next time we travel and dogs can't go. Prices are higher than some places, but the all day staffing, the social environment, and the level of loving care provided make it worth every dime.

Good place to obtain a pet though.
So sweet and helpful. After a week or two you are pretty much one your own.
We were suggested to come back every holiday to visit as I like the place and my dog kind of does.
I put them in my planning estate will so I plan to be part of them for life and there after.
Since 1994!
Loves to them and all involved!
They need branded stuff for dogs though so if a printer or such can help them out it would be great!
Please let me know if you ever get branding for ? decor to go around the collar!
