I have been having some issues with my reception. after contacting customer service and talking with them. they scheduled for a technician to come out. and moved the appointment up to the next day for the service. within a few minutes of arrival, the problem was figured out. thank you so much for your fast service

We live out aways and use pocket I net for our internet service, every time we have had to deal with them It's been a positive, and just want to get a shout out to Leo the technician for great service, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable

I have worked with them on a residence wireless service since 2010 or so. Highly recommend the support service they provide! Small town service is again the best!
