“I started with US Cellular 23 years ago. Flip phones. No problems for ten years. When they refused to transfer or port a phone number, I decided to change companies. What a mistake. T-Mobile sims failed monthly. No towers available? Verizon ... their technicians on hold with their company for 3 hours trying to fix issues for me! And they want me to go to their web site? Never!Terrible customer service! I came back to US Cellular. The corporate stores are the ones that have good service. I'v had problems with the private stores. Stay with the corporate stores.”

“Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better.
