“As a first-timer, I had a lot of questions, and Dez was incredibly patient and helpful. She took the time to answer everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. Her positive attitude and welcoming personality made all the difference. I'm so glad she was there to help! Would definitely recommend this facility because of her.”

“I went into rent a U-Haul to help my Granddaughter move, and Mike, behind the counter, was an amazing help to me! I do not know how to do very many things on my phone, could you help me through it, pull the truck up for me, and let me leave my car there until I was done!!! That's exactly where I will go when I need a u-haul again! THANKS MIKE!”

“Our experience working with Anita in the past and suddenly this week when we had to coordinate getting several storage units was exceptional. She's a consummate pro and helped me when I was stressed and anxious over getting enough space. She helped me account for cubic feet for my approximate 3200 square feet worth of furnishings and get the right amount of storage for our needs. I was so grateful I called her the storage fairy godmother I needed. My relief was total when we got to the storage units and the locks were there for us to use. Not having to find our old ones or waste time going to buy new ones was super convenient. I'm glad to be supporting a local business that has someone like Anita at the helm. It's conveniently close, super clean, easy to set up, and very secure. Highly recommend.”

“The office lady is so nice, I know if I ever need to store things again I will go here. I have rented here twice :) it’s sometimes a bit more pricey than other places when searching the web, but there are no surprise fees (except insurance, but that’s expected) and they really keep an eye on units! They always called when I would forget to correctly lock it :) the free moving truck option is great, too.”
