The newest guy(can’t remember his name?) was very knowledgeable about units and he made me feel like I was a friend and not just another customer. I have storage unit now and feel very secure leaving my things there. I’m glad I went to the office instead of grabbing it online ♥️”
“This place has been a godsend as we have been getting ready to move in. Their office mascot Simba greets us everytime. Laurie is awesome and helped us out when we were looking for unit. She also let us know about local stores and vets for my dogs.”

“I don't leave many reviews but my dealings with the folks at Richland Self Storage compelled me to write one. This business is one of the few left around that I know of that still have the down home good customer service feel. I became a customer last summer and have needed more than 1 unit, asked to see other units and more and they have been nothing but delighted to help me. They are very responsive to texts and calls (1st ring usually) and just seem to be responsive to customer needs. Great central location also and no problems with security of any kind. I have my own code and go in and out at my own leisure. Would recommend!”

“The office lady is so nice, I know if I ever need to store things again I will go here. I have rented here twice :) it’s sometimes a bit more pricey than other places when searching the web, but there are no surprise fees (except insurance, but that’s expected) and they really keep an eye on units! They always called when I would forget to correctly lock it :) the free moving truck option is great, too.”
