“What a beautiful facility. Clean, secure, organized. The office is spacious, clean and it sells quality supplies. I worked with Jon, and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He made the entire process very easy for me, found the perfect unit for my needs, and explained all of the details thoroughly. It was a very great experience.I rented with a different company in this area earlier in the year when I moved from out of state to Tri-cities, and the place, located near the mall, was dirty, dusty and the customer service was decent but just minimally helpful. My unit had two weeds growing inside of it from cement cracks.A couple of sketchy weirdos were lurking outside the fence nearby once or twice. No deterrence.Broadmoor Storage Solutions is such a contrast - how clean and nice this facility is that I feel much better about keeping my things here! And, at a better price as well.”

When we returned our truck there was a small mix up with charges, and when we went in to talk to them, we laughed and talked like friends and they made it way right.
