“long story here.. but a good one! my car was all kinds of messed up when i brought it into jason roy. it needed a new tailgate due to the back windshield being broken which was stressing me life out of me at the time and other minor body work. i brought my embarrassing vehicle to him for an oil change. upon looking at and working on my vehicle he went out of his way and found me a tailgate from a yard and offered to install it for me. which mind you he doesn't really offer body work as a service but he went out of his way to help me out. as a 23 year old woman i don't make a lot of money and this car issue was a HUGE stressor in my daily life. take your vehicle to him for anything!! his mission stament of "honest work, at honest prices" could not be more true, i am so thankful to have found his shop, he saved me more than $8,000, in vehicle repairs. i will definitely be returning in the future.Services: Body & Trim”

“I have a european vehicle. I had been going to ***** of tricities since **** to service all the *****'s I have owned. However, during 2021 the ***** shop went through some changes and the ****************** service I received went from a 5 star to 1 star rating. I was paying for things that never addressed my concerns, and ***** was not being transparent, which leads me to 360 automotive & repair off ********************************** in *************. I worked with *** the store manager to address my concerns and was looking for a local repair shop I could trust. ********* team automotive experts assessed my vehicle and found the main issue that ***** of tricities had neglected to fix after numerous appointments. Since this appointment with 360 I have taken my vehicle back for a total of 3 times to upgrade and complete other work I needed and I feel I have found a new repair shop that is honest, friendly, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help their customers. “Platinum Auto deserves 6 stars! However, I don't want to go into how experienced they are with all types of vehicles, including trucks, daily drivers, classics and hot rods, nor how friendly and professional they are, because then I will never be able to get my rigs in for oil changes, repairs, replacement front and rear lights or engine\oil\gas clean out of a 50+ year old engine. So, I politely decline to write this review.”

“I knew Charlie and his son from 15 years ago when I worked at Hubby's pizza, they were great guys then. I've taken my car to two different places. Not only did they not charge me to look at it(the way the others guys did, somehow it's a standard 100$ for a mechanic to tell you what repairs they have to charge for), they actually fixed what was wrong in the first place. 10/10 would recommend. -Thank guys !!!”

But they did offer me to go to their business and get a quote from them. I did just that, and these people went above and beyond. In depth pictures, explanation of everything, with a price!
