“My daughter and I were driving to Las Vegas for her first year of college when our car suddenly started overheating. We tried a couple of other shops, but unfortunately, they were too busy to help us that day.
Thankfully, we found this amazing team! They did everything they could to get us in, diagnose the problem, and get our car safely back on the road that same day. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much to us, especially during such a stressful situation.

“Cannot recommend this place enough. I got an older car with a lot of different issues, and did a lot of calling around to different shops to get a diagnostic and whatever needed repairs done. These guys were by far the friendliest, and most reasonably priced. Other places wanted me to wait like two weeks for just a diagnostic, 360 got me in next day. Ended up having to go to a muffler shop for one big issue that needed addressed, and when that didnt fix the bigger problem the car was having 360 rediagnosed it for free the next business day. Once they found the root of the problem they had it fixed by that afternoon. They also provide rides to and from the shop, and their driver is very nice. Phenomenal stuff. This is my first car and my first experience with an auto shop, and it was very good. Thanks y'all!”

“We had a Spark Plug blow out on our Trip from Salt Lake City to Seattle. We were barley able to make it to the Shop which was 15minutes away from when our car first started having issues. They had a busy day at the shop but took the time to help diagnose the problem, get the new part that same day and replace the broken spark plug (and replace the other plugs) before they closed for the rest of the week. 10/10 service, great company and amazing staff. HIGHLY recommend them.”

“The mechanics at this shop treated myself and my friends with kindness, dignity, and patience! Luis, Robert, and Jacob were all very honest with their decisions, and made no unnecessary moves when fixing our car. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the hotel we stayed at overnight, and were communicative in the morning about the timing of our fix. We were brought back to see under the hood, and they always brought out the parts + their replacements for us to see. They made sure to test drive our car multiple times to make full sure they completely fixed the car. They got us in on a Thursday and sent us back on our way to Montana the next day! I recommend this mechanic over any others!!”

“AMAZING place. Ive been going thru nightmare after nightmare with my car. Had it at gmc buick in pasco. Horrible communication and they take forever to get your car back to you.. but at platinum automotive?AMAZING customer service...nate really made me understand what and why about my car and didnt try to sell me extra shit or sugar cost it for me too. The way they provide pictures too when they check your car is a pretty great way for customers to be on the same page as shop. 5/5 I HIGHLY recommend coming here.
