“Moved to the area several years ago, and was happy to find a shop that services European cars. Website was easy to navigate and make an appointment, Shop was clean, all were nice and professional. Sam was awesome! I knew at every point what was happening, and no pressure or up-sales for things not needed. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We will be back!”

“This review is for the girlies who have car issues and might not have someone in their lives to trust with the issues. My car was making a horrible noise after I came back from a lengthy road trip, after calling mechanics all around tri-cities and getting quoted literally hundreds for just an inspection, I gave up and called the closest mechanic to my job. Cesar answered and I brought it in right away, he was kind, professional and took time to explain to me what was wrong and SHOWED me it as well. I knew instantly I could trust him with my Nissan, I dropped it off late that day and my car was ready the next morning and again Cesar took time to show me exactly what was wrong and the ware and tare. My car runs better now than ever! I would recommend Mendoza's to any girl who is having issues with their car and is feeling lost!”

“Broke down six hours into a ten hour drive. They were the first to respond and tell us that they would try and help. They went above and beyond. They even stayed a bit later to help. Would give them 10 stars if possible.”
