“Ryan and his crew did an amazing job on repairing the front of my Chevy truck from a hit and run. From the beginning they were friendly, professional and quick to start the process. They kept me informed all the way through. I am extremely happy with the final results and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a vehicle repaired. Thank you Ryan”

“Cannot recommend this place enough. I got an older car with a lot of different issues, and did a lot of calling around to different shops to get a diagnostic and whatever needed repairs done. These guys were by far the friendliest, and most reasonably priced. Other places wanted me to wait like two weeks for just a diagnostic, 360 got me in next day. Ended up having to go to a muffler shop for one big issue that needed addressed, and when that didnt fix the bigger problem the car was having 360 rediagnosed it for free the next business day. Once they found the root of the problem they had it fixed by that afternoon. They also provide rides to and from the shop, and their driver is very nice. Phenomenal stuff. This is my first car and my first experience with an auto shop, and it was very good. Thanks y'all!”

“Needed my A/C recharged ASAP. Within minutes of driving there, it was prioritized due to the heat. The car was ready within an hour. Truly a lifesaver since I was in town for a week. Staff was so very helpful. Would recommend their services easily.”

“I called yesterday and they were very helpful on the phone. The man I spoke to was very knowledgeable and wanted to get me in as soon as possible. I was able to come in same day, even close to their closing time on a Saturday. He didn’t rush me, he was very patient and explained what he thought was wrong with my car and even gave me helpful money saving options. I would definitely come back to this shop if I ever had any problems. Very nice friendly people”

“One of the few honest mechanics in town. Won't try to sell you what you don't need. I do most of my own car work, but when I need help, Carl and Charlie have always been willing to give advice, or do the more difficult jobs at reasonable rates.”

“I pulled up for just a battery check, Cody provided great service(even though they were slammed busy) & yep dead battery left our F150, had it serviced by 5:00!! 🥰”

“AMAZING place. Ive been going thru nightmare after nightmare with my car. Had it at gmc buick in pasco. Horrible communication and they take forever to get your car back to you.. but at platinum automotive?AMAZING customer service...nate really made me understand what and why about my car and didnt try to sell me extra shit or sugar cost it for me too. The way they provide pictures too when they check your car is a pretty great way for customers to be on the same page as shop. 5/5 I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Also it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Again GREAT place 👏 thank you so much everyone at platinum automotive!!”

“My daughter and I were driving to Las Vegas for her first year of college when our car suddenly started overheating. We tried a couple of other shops, but unfortunately, they were too busy to help us that day. Thankfully, we found this amazing team! They did everything they could to get us in, diagnose the problem, and get our car safely back on the road that same day. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much to us, especially during such a stressful situation. They did an excellent job fixing our car, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us and helping us get my daughter to college safely! We truly appreciate you!”

“My husband and I have previously bought a Tesla left by back and had a great experience. We found one and called and spoke to Samantha. She was so nice, so informative, and no pressure at all. From buying a car site unseen to having it delivered over 1000 miles away, the experience was excellent. Samantha, Edgar, and Cesar were all responsive, kind, patient, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.”

“Josh was incredibly knowledgeable! I broke down near the store and he talked me off the ledge, because of this I came in for an oil change. Super friendly and I felt I could trust his services! Thanks Jiffy! Came back today 7/19/26 and Alex did an oil change and cleaned my headlights! They were completely clouded. This service is guaranteed as long as you own the car.”

“Genesis is a gem! Matt is nice and knowledgeable, Moe in the office is so helpful and pleasant. I was beyond happy to find a place that services Toyotas and Lexus because I've been so disappointed in the dealerships here and in Hermiston. We took our Camry in for diagnostics, Matt said it was safe to drive (whew!!), and they sent us a text linking us to the invoices and estimates of the parts, labor, etc. So we know about how much it will cost to get the car up to snuff. No BS, just the facts, and we've had an awesome, easy experience so far. Highly recommend!!”

“We had a Spark Plug blow out on our Trip from Salt Lake City to Seattle. We were barley able to make it to the Shop which was 15minutes away from when our car first started having issues. They had a busy day at the shop but took the time to help diagnose the problem, get the new part that same day and replace the broken spark plug (and replace the other plugs) before they closed for the rest of the week. 10/10 service, great company and amazing staff. HIGHLY recommend them.”

“Jason, I could not be more pleased and thankful to You for Your high integrity service on My vehicle! I found Roy's Garage by way of high recommendation and the words of praise did not disappoint. I came in to have My breaks replaced and left with My car performing 90% better overall and the invoice was less than the initial bid. Jason's character of kindness, fairness and integrity goes beyond excellence and I will absolutely return to his shop for any other car care I may need in the future. Highly recommend A++”

“I've used this shop for several years because of their honesty, but they proved their integrity yet again with a tricky issue on my truck. When a fuel system problem turned out to be more complicated than it first appeared, they went completely above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of properly and stood behind their work 100%. A shop with this level of fairness and character is incredibly rare. They have my loyalty and my business.”

“The mechanics at this shop treated myself and my friends with kindness, dignity, and patience! Luis, Robert, and Jacob were all very honest with their decisions, and made no unnecessary moves when fixing our car. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the hotel we stayed at overnight, and were communicative in the morning about the timing of our fix. We were brought back to see under the hood, and they always brought out the parts + their replacements for us to see. They made sure to test drive our car multiple times to make full sure they completely fixed the car. They got us in on a Thursday and sent us back on our way to Montana the next day! I recommend this mechanic over any others!!”

“This will be a short review, but they made a customer for life. Had a rim that sustained damage. Walked in and within 15 seconds had a review of the rim. Easily they could have said yes to the job and made an easy bit of money on a failed repair. But instead they pointed out how the rim would most likely round back out and leak, or snap during repair and I would have wasted money either way. They were honest and put safety and care ahead of a quick walk in job. Nice to find a shop that cares”
555 North Edison Street, Kennewick WA 99336
“This fine establishment installed my front spliter that i purchased and brought in. They were extremely fair on price and got it done in a reasonable time. I had an apointment and I waited for the install to be completed. They have a really nice waiting area. Wish I would have remembered my book. 1000x better experiance than you will ever have at a dealership.”

“He was able to do some mechanic work on my son's car which used to be his grandfathers. Jose and his team went above and beyond and not only fixed what needed to be fixed but also cleaned up the motor as well. They didn't know the sentimental value to us until after we picked up the car. Thank you all very much, great repair shop all around....”
