“Sorry for the late review. I took a 1998 Dodge Dakota truck in for a clicking noise that I heard when turning sharply right. I believed it to be a bad CV joint.
One of the cool things these guys do is completely inspect the vehicle, alerting you to anything else that might be wrong. Not only did they find that I didn't have a bad CV joint, but the clicking was simply a tire weight on my 4x4 truck tire that was contacting the frame in sharp turns. These guys fixed the problem, changed out my oil, and gave me a complete health report of my vehicle for no extra charge.
I appreciated the honesty and integrity of these guys, and I recommend them for any auto repair you might need!”

“Came in for an oil change and shake over 60mph. Was extremely pleased with the service! Was welcomed with a smile from both service advisors. Christian and Adam were respectful and informative and made sure my expectations were met. Fast service and straight to the point communication allowed me to have my car on the road more quickly than expected. Alex also came out to communicate a few other things involved with fix, which it can be nice to hear from the other people your trusting to do work on your car. Will be coming back for future repairs and normal maintenance.”

“Ceron Tires came through in a pinch when I needed tires installed. I purchased tires off FB Marketplace and needed them installed before the truck was sold the next day, a Monday. The store was open on Sunday and he was able to work me in and had 4 tires replaced and disposed of the old tires for a much better price than the chain stores. I will look at Ceron Tires for my next set of tires.”

With his help, he ran a few tests and assured us that our alternator was not the issue and that we would only need to replace the battery.

“I’ve been coming here for about a year now for tires on my rig (back end is cambered out so I shred tires) and they’ve always been super friendly and always have my size (it’s hard to find). They’re always super respectful and have my new tire(s) on in less than 15 minutes for under $80! Best shop I can recommend! Will continue to come back!”
“This is the first time I've ever felt inclined to leave a review and I'm pleased to say the service at the tire center here was phenomenal. I got a flat tire right before a trip I had planned when I would propose to my girlfriend so I went online and got 4 new tires but they weren't in stock. I purchased them hoping they would get shipped before my trip and an employee called me two days before saying they got them and to schedule the mounting. He squeezed me in the next day and although I dropped my car off earlier in the day they called me an hour before my appointment was even scheduled saying my car was good to go. Not to mention they worked with me bringing in a new, undamaged rim to mount instead of the damaged one I had. Disposal, mounting, TPMS reset and service for 4 tires all for around 700 bucks. If you need new tires this is the place to go.”

“7/7/2026 thru today's date Carlos and Stephen were and are extremely helpful explaining the needed repairs and inspection they conducted for a warranty issue currently open with Silverrock, Inc; Carvana's warranty company. These two men worked very hard and went to bat for me with the warranty company. They are still standing firm with me to have repairs completed with the warranty company. The entire staff at the Kennewick, Washington Firestone location are cordial and explained procedures and their invoices in great detail. The staff is knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend this location and these gentlemen when and if you need repairs to your vehicle.”
