However, during 2021 the ***** shop went through some changes and the ****************** service I received went from a 5 star to 1 star rating. I was paying for things that never addressed my concerns, and ***** was not being transparent, which leads me to 360 automotive & repair off ********************************** in *************. I worked with *** the store manager to address my concerns and was looking for a local repair shop I could trust. ********* team automotive experts assessed my vehicle and found the main issue that ***** of tricities had neglected to fix after numerous appointments. Since this appointment with 360 I have taken my vehicle back for a total of 3 times to upgrade and complete other work I needed and I feel I have found a new repair shop that is honest, friendly, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help their customers. “Owner is fantastic to deal with, Junior was great as well, work was done in a very timely fashion, lots of tires to choose from. Why only 4 stars: new tires are of a low end budget brand (explains the low price), some used tires are 4+ years old so use with caution (check date codes stamped on tire), check tire pressure after you leave (mine were 10+ psi overinflated). Overall a great place if you're in a pinch!”

“This was my very first time as an adult, that I had to go get a new tire, but my experience was beyond amazing. I had been driving around for over a year, with a nail in my tire, and my tire would always go flat.. well yesterday, I discovered that my tire was going flat only an hour after putting air into it. So I look at the tire, and there’s air coming out of the tire, in a different spot, but on the same tire with the nail. You could hear the air just pouring out.. so it’s Sunday, and I needed a new tire asap, and of course no shops are open..so I called this shop to see if they were open, and the shop didn’t answer during that attempt, but the guy called me back in less than 10 minutes.. so I came across this little tire shop, and I couldn’t have left any happier! Took maybe 20 minutes from arriving, to leaving… and the used tire cost me $27.00!! Which I think is outstanding! I was expecting to pay maybe $70-80, so the smile on my face was just happy! The gentleman who helped me, was very kind, and straight to the point, which I really liked! I’m not a car guy, so to get help that easily and that quick, was just wonderful! I definitely will come back to this shop in the future for new tires, definitely when I replace all 4. I recommend anybody who needs new tires, to go here! He has lots of tires, and they look wonderful! and the service is quick, and simple, and the price is just priceless!! Thank You again to the gentleman who replaced my tire ☺️! I am more than grateful! ☺️”

The mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as a badly separated tread in my left front tire! They inspected everything else and found nothing wrong. “Off to a rough start. Had an appointment but with no where to sit down while waiting in line. I went out to wait in my car and called inside. Was told that someone would come out and contact me, didn't happen. So after about 30 minutes and the line was done, I went inside to check in.I like the work they do, it's just one bad experiences. They need to have seats for waiting in line, not just for waiting for your service.”
“They do a great job. Customer service great. Recently had my camping trailers tires replaced and figured I would need my bearings repacked. They gave me a quote. Went to pick it up and the bill was over a $100 cheaper. They said I didn’t need the bearings replaced. Anywhere else I bet they do it anyway for my $$$. Good to see honesty still exists. And I called 4 other places for quotes. They weren’t even close to PT.”
