“I came in with a very unique situation. I came in wearing a pair of old Carhartt pants that I've never been able to find again. As I was browsing, Sky came up to offer help. Long story short, I found out I had an old design of women's pants. Sky helped me find alternatives in both men's and women's styles and I left with a really nicely fitting pair of pants and a tote bag. I did not walk in with any intention of spending money. I just wanted to see what a Carhartt store was like. Sky is awesome. Now that I am a Seattle resident, I found where I'll be buying all of my Carhartt ?”
“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney”
“I shopped at Heaven Sent in the 90s when my boys were little and I'm back shopping at Heaven Sent for my grandkids. I always find a variety of things when I visit, from shoes to cute clothes to toys and for great prices. Every Friday is Grandparents day and I appreciate the 20% off on Grandparent Fridays.”
“Best Clearance section! Lots in the plus size and variety of styles and options. Service is good but my only complaint is they always have some miscommunication about the sales. Otherwise great clothing options for the whole family.”
“I had a mission to find some pants for my toddler boys to match a pair of pants my husband owns for a photo shoot. I think she was the store manager but she rose to the challenge & helped me find some options & also searched on her tablet for other options. She suggested we put the options she came up with on hold while I searched elsewhere as it wasn’t a complete match. I was unsuccessful at other shops but because she was so helpful I purchased the options she came up with. Her customer service was like a breath of fresh air and she should be the gold standard of what customer service should be.”

Victor didn’t just help me find clothes—he helped me find purpose. Okay maybe not purpose, but definitely the right size and a whole other store that had a sold-out collector’s item I was hunting for like it was a rare Pokémon.
He didn’t even work for that store. I don’t know if he’s on payroll or a side quest NPC, but either way—he crushed it.

“So remember back in the day everyone used to wear Tommy, Nautica and Polo? I still wear tommy but only the jackets lmao. I came in here with the intensions of not buying anything. I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”
“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. I will be shopping here more often if the service remains. Sevilla, You we're amazing! Thank you for your great customer service!”

“It's a good place to shop if you are going to go snow boarding, ski, snow fishing, camping, studying about sea animals in cold weather, or if you live in Stevens Pass which is in the Cascades in Pacific Northwest.”

“Great store. People are helpful and friendly and selection was great. Took my oldest daughter and fiance there on separate occasions for back to school/work shopping and both loved the fit and selections. From age 16 to 48, skinny to plus, from comfy to hip to sheek, they have it all at great prices. Even for myself a few pairs of jeans.”
