“I came in with a very unique situation. I came in wearing a pair of old Carhartt pants that I've never been able to find again. As I was browsing, Sky came up to offer help. Long story short, I found out I had an old design of women's pants. Sky helped me find alternatives in both men's and women's styles and I left with a really nicely fitting pair of pants and a tote bag. I did not walk in with any intention of spending money. I just wanted to see what a Carhartt store was like. Sky is awesome. Now that I am a Seattle resident, I found where I'll be buying all of my Carhartt ?”
“Very kind staff and clean store, but they don’t have the gap athletic clothes anymore and that was a main reason that I came to this location. They do have a lot of staples and branded clothes and the prices are pretty OK, especially if you can hit it on a sale.”

“First visit in about 20yrs. Bright and clean. And employees outnumbered the customers that I could see. The pickup and returns counter is by the south street entrance, nearest the parking garage. The in-store directories will tell you what's on each floor, but not where on the floor.
I had an online order to pickup. The clerk wanted a barcode to scan the order number. Too bad, she had to manually enter the 16 digit number. 16 digits!
Suggestions to JCPenny. I know you want people to walk around, hunting the store, but if you want people like me to return then make finding areas easier. And a map of the store would be nice with the directory. Oh, and Include the order number barcode in the confirmation email, or a weblink in the text message to help out your online pickup staff.”

Victor didn’t just help me find clothes—he helped me find purpose. Okay maybe not purpose, but definitely the right size and a whole other store that had a sold-out collector’s item I was hunting for like it was a rare Pokémon.

I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”

“This is one of my favorite brands for purchasing baby clothes. The quality of the clothes is always good, the colors are beautiful, and usually they fit very well. I love the cute outfit combinations they setup for display or that they sell all together. Sometimes they offer very good discounts too. In this particular store, everything was clean and organized. The staff was nice. They even had a big “Tic-Tac-Toe” board so you could keep your little ones entertained. Once we found what we were looking for, the service was super fast!”
“I was treated so so good here, from the moment I walked in I had questions and was answered with clear directions & discounts, I was with my 2 year old son & he was going wild, I was getting him more jeans and the pairs I picked and brought to the fitting room were too small & I needed a bigger size, I asked someone and they got them to me within a minute.. no attitude, no looks, just helpful & gracious while doing so, Chris was a huge help for me as well, made things easier, didn’t rush me & truly made my life a lil easier all together in that moment. “JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. I will be shopping here more often if the service remains. Sevilla, You we're amazing! Thank you for your great customer service!”

“Love H&M found a perfect small blue dress for me for the weekend:)!! But as I was waiting for my sister at the register a loud blk woman was being rude to a asian boy about the return policys,curious myself I've checked my recipient as well,but as I watching the woman got even louder towards the tattoo man as he step in and called him a racist for not willing to understand and making up her own terms,by far l love this store and staff but i understand the inconvenience of inconsiderate customers can be rude and excessive,I've worked in retail before and when customers use the race card for a excuse to win over individuals is frustrating it's not a tool,overall the tattoo man is kind to his customers,he gave my daughter a birthday discount for her,i thought it was sweet of him to do so,she loved it, i hope these employees, keep hanging in there for rude individuals that gives them trouble and push through”
“Check their website before purchasing. Made a purchase last week for niece. Dress was marked $34.00. Then went online when got home and it was on sale for
$20.99. Called the number on the receipt and was the 44th caller in line. Waited for about an hour and they wouldn’t price match the website. Store was fine, it wasn’t their fault.”
