“Had to break my apartment lease to relocate for work. I was dreading moving- it’s always such a pain… but this was easily the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced! The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn’t even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. Not a single item was broken or damaged; which is to be expected with pretty much every move. My wife was also extremely impressed with their work ethic and manners. They are great with dogs too;)

“This was the best and easiest move I have ever had. This company is top notch!! Super professional. Super careful, takes good care of your things, and gets it done. They showed up right on time at the stroke of 9 AM and got it done in two hours. I paid exactly the fee that they quoted me because there’s no hidden fees at all. Their contract is straightforward and their prices are more than affordable. I tried getting quotes from several other companies and I couldn’t afford it. “My mom recommended James and his team to us to help us move into our first home, and I am so happy we went with her recommendation. James came by a few weeks before to take a look at what we had to move and give us a quote. I want to emphasize how kind and polite James was and how at ease he made this process feel. We also had to reschedule the move multiple times due to closing conflicts with our new home and his wife Marsha was quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. On moving day he arrived with his team of 3 ( I forgot their names) and they were all kind, respectful and quick to get our things packed up and loaded in the truck. We had my kids with us on moving day, which I know can be less than ideal when trying to move quickly and efficiently but James and his team worked around them and also acknowledged any questions they had asked which was something I really appreciated . I hope to never move again but if I do, we will be sure to use them again.”
“We recently moved from Washington State to Arizona, and I have to say North American Moving Company is absolutely top-notch! Our sales representative, David Pendergraft, was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had throughout the process. Natalie in the Kent, WA office was also incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Our driver, George, was beyond kind and patient, he did an excellent job. The moving crew in Washington worked hard, efficiently, and treated all of our belongings with great care and respect. The Arizona crew was just as amazing — professional, friendly, and just as careful with everything.
