“The crew was on time, worked quickly, and got the job done as expected. The estimate and actual cost were aligned well.
I only have two issues to point out- packers could have done a better job of marking what was in a box they packed. Many boxes just had the room name and nothing else so when we needed to look for something there weren't any clues. The other issues is that heavy tall boxes were stacked high and difficult to unpack; as two seniors, without a step ladder since both were packed, it was hard to get into the top box and hard to move it off the other box. If I had known where they packed the step ladders (issue 1) then this second issue would have been mitigated.”

We recently hired Vladdy Moving Solutions for our move from a 2-bedroom apartment in Belltown to Mercer Island, and I am so glad we did.
After contacting several other moving companies in the area—many of which were pushy and significantly more expensive—finding Vladdy was a relief. From start to finish, the experience was professional and easy.
Here is why I’d recommend them:
• Incredible Efficiency: I was genuinely impressed by their ability to fit all of our belongings into just two large vans.
• Attention to Detail: They were meticulous with our furniture, adding extra wrapping to ensure everything stayed safe during transit. They even took the time to disassemble and reassemble our bed frame for us, which saved us a massive headache.
• Care: Not a single item was damaged during the move.
• Value: They are fast, friendly, and very fairly priced.
Just a heads-up for future customers: there is a processing fee if you choose to pay by credit card. However, even with that included, the total price was still much better than the quotes I received from their competitors.

“I've rented multiple storage units over the years from all the big name corporate storage companies. West Coast Self storage is miles ahead of the rest. Firstly and most importantly the hours you can accsss your unit actually accommodate working people. Every other unit i have had is accessible 9am-5/6p, and even 2 were closed Sundays. I work 6 days a weel mon-sat 8am-6pm. so literally would have to take a vacation day to go put a couple things in my storage. West coast (at least Columbia city location) 6am - 10 pm 7 days. I have plenty of time to stop by before work if needed and plenty of time after. Hours are the only are where storage facilities can really set themselves apart from competition and WCSS does that. Allowing working people to access their units on their time and oh yeah they don't charge extra for after hour access. The cherry on top? at lest this location is the staff TOP NOTCH. Super friendly. sign for packages for me and call to tell me they came in. I could go on and on 10* /5”

If you’re not in a time crunch like I was, I recommend scheduling in advance and going over your specific needs as it helps them bring the right equipment for a better executed move. As they do charge by the hour I would also recommend planning your move with traffic and congestion in mind if you’re wanting to save money. “Cascade moved our furniture from one Seattle apartment to another in September 2023. They were professional, flexible, and cheerful. They came in under budget. They also helped us by taking some unwanted furniture and bedding to Goodwill and the dump.We had an especially difficult (large, heavy) piece that the team tried every which way to get through into our new apartment, but ultimately we had to give up.
