I had a great experience at this location today with my toddler thanks to Gavin, I was in the store to make a quick return on a dress that didn’t make the cut for family Christmas pictures. Gavin made that process super easy and friendly.

I went in here after a long day of work to do more work, the manger greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant to work with even after I was done I shopped and was very please with the attitude of All the employees .
I will be doing all my old navy shopping at this location period.

Staff was very friendly but the store is small. Will continue to shop in Tukwila.
