“Saw some of the reviews for poor customer service and I'm not sure why, every time I've been there the women have been so accommodating and always ready to help. Yes their clothes are expensive but they are always comfortable and at my tender age i'm looking for comfort first. If they don't have an item in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you. The order coming from the main ware house can be pretty slow but that's not their fault. Their clothes are good quality, i have some that I've been wearing for years and if you pick carefully they are classic styles. Love that they give me 10% off for my birthday along with the 5% for using my Jjill card.”

“Linda is a sweet old lady! She gets her clothing from diverse countries of the world and sells them in the U.S. The store is colorful and vibrant just like her. Most of the clothing are drop-dead beautiful but VERY PRICEY. I bought a single blouse for $58. Brain said no but my heart said don't be cheap, you only live once.”

“Had a GREAT experience at this Old Navy today with my 5-month-old son, along with a full size stroller.> The Store was SUPER CLEAN and organized!> Had no issues with the stroller - plenty of space throughout the store.> Family Friendly, Stroller friendly bathroom. Clean bathroom with a clean sturdy changing table. This bathroom is BIG!> I was offered ROOM 1 in the changing room- TONS of space for the stroller, myself, and the clothes. Again, a nice BIG clean changing room.> STAFF: Was super friendly from the moment I walked-in to the moment I checked out. I even had to feed my baby a bottle midway shopping, changed him twice in the bathroom etc. Staff seemed to be very welcoming and understanding.*It’s hard all on its own trying to shop with a baby, so finding a store that makes that experience that much easier is such a relief.*To be Honest this was the first time I had walked into an Old Navy since I was in High School, but now after having such a good experience and finding some great items for my son along with a couple things for myself, I will be back.Thank you!”

“Great discounts on brand name items and clothing. Downside Is there is a lot of theft, so there are sets that are pulled apart, boxes opened and items taken from them. The lines are pretty long after 3pm every day. But still some of the best prices.”
“Loft was super organized and even had whole sections that were separated by size. I wanted to find a nice white top for a Save the Date photo and was able to choose from about 12 clean white ones that were all an additional 40% off. Honestly they would have been too expensive otherwise ($79). There were tons of style options and the sales women were friendly, but not overbearing. Which I very much appreciated!”
