“I was in Mill Creek and needed some hardware and so I googled for the closest hardware store to me and it came up with the Edmonds Ace Hardware. I’m so glad it sent me there! I walked in the front doors and some nice gal behind the counter welcomed me in and as I started down that first aisle a nice young lady came up and asked if she could help me find something and of course since it was my first time there I did need help. She took me right over to what I was looking for and they had exactly what I had hoped for-I was tickled. The checkout at the counter was smooth and pleasant and off I went- I’ll be back again and again when I’m up that way. Nice folks- great selection- a nice clean organized layout - that’s about all I can ask for. Thanks Guys!”
“My rearview mirror popped off. A gentleman took off the mirror from the mount (required light hammering), showed me the product I needed and how to apply it. Really appreciated his help esp tinkering until he could detach mirror from frame. Many would have made that my problem.”

“Ballard Industrial is a great place to go. It isn't necessarily for the consumer. They sell tools that are meant to be used all day every day and those cost more than packages sold at big box stores. They are frequently competitive on price with internet sales. I spend extra to get it from here. I have never had to bring anything back but if I did I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem.”
