“These folks were awesome! I brought in my window screen and AC window adapter to have a polycarbonate window insert made to fit my Midea Duo AC [the white one from Costco]. (You can just tell them dimensions and what kind of hose it is, I was overprepared lol.) I chose the 1/8th inch and am able to tape it with aluminum foil tape to the screen!
I put in the request on Monday and got a call on Wednesday that it was completed. Very easy and fast. :) I was worried about it not fitting on my unit the first time, due to another review about such an issue. However, I have no problems attaching and detaching my unit to the screen.

“Fantastic customer service. Had an odd project with odd bolt configurations and they went to extra mile to get things done. Cut and drilled the boards I needed at no charge and saved me a tonne of time. Great selection perfectly organized. Staff was courteous and professional. Manager was great. “I LOVE their cleaning products, specifically the TRIO! I clean my entire house with them. Including the floors. Everything always suprises me with how well they work! They get my counters & windows shiney & my floors smelling good and removing ANY stain. I have 2 Bulldogs so having product that help with their messes and doggie smells is amazing. I never ever buy cleaner anywhere else. The gallon sizes make it so I don't have to ?”

“Wow, I was, honestly, pleasantly surprised...this Ace Hardware is great! I visited for the first time yesterday and was immediately impressed by the wide selection of goods all packed in a nice n tidy atmosphere with friendly staff. I found what I was looking for - garden fertilizer, huge selection of outdoor grills, BBQs, and I noticed camping equipment and dog tags (future purchases). There's so much more available than I anticipated. Since it's in the same mall as Trader Joe's, the pet store Mud Bay, and a dollar store - also fav' brick n mortar stores I prefer - my time and effort turned into a wonderful one-stop outing... all-together! Yahoo!
And Half Priced Books, Take n Bake Pizza, and Ladro Coffee are near this intersection, too, of Hwy99/196th...turning it into a great shopping district .. and, IMO, Ace really helps improve it very well.
(As an aside, later that day I drove to Barnes n Noble on 196th to meet a friend and found it tricky to maneuver thru Interstate 5's under/overpass construction heading east.)”

“Wow!! Today was the best service I have ever received at this location. We have been shopping here for 5 years and today we had a whole experience! We went for 40 cinder blocks, 6 bags of pea gravel and 8 bags of soil. We expected to load it all ourselves but Omar and Emanuel offered to help when they saw us coming back with empty flat beds. What a treat! Those two guys are amazing and deserve to get a shout out! Thank you so much gentlemen.”
