“I was on my way to work and randomly decided to pop into McLeod to see if they might have been able to help me with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The driver's side door was stuck shut and I couldn't open it at all. I was entering on the passenger side and hopping over. They immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly. The cherry on top was the price was much lower than I was expecting! I hope I never have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I will be returning to McLeod! Thank you team!”

“Possibly the best. Best automotive repair place in the state. Dorel is not only friendly, but incredibly patient and honest. The first time I went here was at the recommendation of an engineer neighbor who is incredibly picky and he said see this person for a $1,500 repair. I went to him and he said there was a different way to do it. That was much cheaper and just as effective and he saved me almost $1,000. That was over 5 years ago and I've been going there ever since and he always manages to squeeze me in regardless of the emergency. An amazing man, and amazing crew, the perfect shop to get your car work done”

“Because my insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision, I was immediately suspicious of them. Well, I was wrong. First, the bid was less than half of my first bid. Second, they were so easy to work with. The estimator, Cherista, knows her stuff. She knew what Honda required in situations like mine and the information she gave was accurate. The woman at the front desk was very nice too. Big thanks to those two.
Communication from Caliber was great. They would text me updates every week. The only time I needed to call was at the end as my car rental agreement was expiring
Caliber has arrangements with several rental car companies and coordinates pick up and drop offs. Enterprise also gave me a good rate, I believe, because of Caliber.
Hopefully I won't need car body work any time soon, but if I do, I'm heading back to Caliber insurance or no insurance.”

“Vogue did an AMAZING job on my car! Had them ceramic tint the driver and passenger front windows to match the rear factory tint. My Jetta needed a new battery asap but I also had to pick up my kid at school at 11:30, so I was on a tight time crunch. I didn't have an appt since this was a last minute need. Patrick was beyond accommodating! He was mindful of the time, and even looked online for any coupons that could be applied (there was, so thank you for that!). “I just absolutely loved these people and I wanted to make sure everyone knew about them.I took my Honda Civic in for front bumper repair when it pulled out from the left a bit by the parking stop (a little concrete slab line). First I went to two other shops in the area and they don't even bother to come out and take a look and began to give me estimate dates that were at-least a month out. One guy even refused to really talk with me which was so weird.Driving around disappointed I saw and rolled into this place, Showcase, and was met by a very friendly classic American charm. The front-desk lady asked the estimator to go out with me and look at it right away. We came out and he realized it was a small piece of work. He brought out his mechanic with a toolbox who fixed it in less than 15 minutes right there in front of me, while I had a very nice chat with the estimator, Rod. Who does that anymore?They charge me very very reasonably and I even offered to pay more but they declined. I honestly could not believe such amazing people still existed around here. I was ready for loosing a lot of money. This place is a gem.”
