“Who ever did not train the check-in staff before so they could finally understand the recall that had been what I tried to discuss all along. Your staff is good if they are able to understand what is going on. They were nice but had no idea what I was asking about, that is extreme poor training.”
“Im not usually one to leave reviews but I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions. From start to finish they did an incredible job in all aspects. Communication was outstanding keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Before drop off they coordinated with the rental car company to arrange a shuttle for when I did drop off my car. The quality of repairs was outstanding you would never be able to tell there was any damage and it looks like the day I brought the car home brand new. They went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior of the car which I didn't expect but was very much appreciated. All around incredible work and I would highly recommend them.”
“Got my 2012 Audi Q5 back from driver side fender repairs and it retuned to me like a brand new car! They took the time to wash and clean the years of dirt off the exterior at no cost. Also took care of the damages to the passenger side fender with minimal out of pocket cost. The shop coordinates with my insurance company. All I had to do was drop off and pick up the car after repairs. Easy Pizzy!!”
