After receiving a different class of vehicle than I reserved from the SeaTac Hertz location, I had a difficult time getting assistance and was unable to reach anyone by phone. Lou stepped up, took ownership of the situation, and helped find a replacement vehicle that better fit my needs, especially for navigating and parking in downtown Seattle garages. Really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help when others would not.”
